I spent $25.00 on UPS to return the stuff and I was snot able to reach anybody in the company to verify or track my return. This is a cheap dishonest Chinese company. Please never order anything form them or their multiple affiliates: TEMU, SHEIN, and others.

Would benefit those browsing to be returned to last item viewed. Instead of returning to the starting menu of previously viewed clothes.
It was easy to navigate, however I'm still getting used to the difference in sizing.
I was surprised by the care directions after I got the products. So many of them said hand washing or wash individually. I haven't done that type of washing for a long time. I'm a very busy mother of 3 daughters and I don't have the time to do individual articles of clothing. I'm going to try the delicate cycle on my washington machine to see if I will order many more clothes. I like the styles, but that might be a red flag for me as I just don't have time. I will give it a try however.
I was asked to upload a photo of the fit problem. Why is that necessary? If I wanted to return it, I obviously didn't like it—no matter the reason. I won't shop here again.
I ordered two dresses by the sizes on their chart. One is too big and one is too little. I have tried to return them and Zolucky WILL NOT send me the approval to return them OR the address to send them to. So I am out money! I am reporting them to our credit card!

I ordered a pair of pants but they were way too big and I did not like the fabric. I contacted them about returning them. They told me to return them at my expense and they would decide about a refund. I have not heard from them.
I have been trying to purchase these pants for two weeks. I still don't know if I've got them ordered or not. And I had put several things in my basket, but did not want all of them, but it wants to say that 0 200 and some odd dollars for those items which I did not order, I just feel like it's a mess will order from Amazon from now on
I love this dress, how it fits and how the material feels in my skin. It's been super hot everywhere and this feels great on. As in other reviews, it's NOT see through and I feel covered even though it's lightweight material. My husband loves it too and asked me why I didn't buy one in every color. I'll be buying more asap. Love the clothes in pic and if they arrive looking as great as online and fit as expected, I may have a new favorite store. I already ordered and received a dress that fits great and I love! Hope these work as well! I had codes to use for discount but it took forever to get it to take it. And the very first item, a pink top was on sale in my email reminder but no matter what I did, it would not let me purchase it for the sale price.

The tops I bought were all supposed to be XL, however several fit like L and one was more like XXL. I liked most of the styles & prints but am unhappy with the inconsistent sizing.
You only get free shipping or 25% off, I guess. Before putting in the coupon code, I had free shipping. Once I put in the coupon, I had a $30+ shipping fee. This may be my last purchase with this company.
While shopping, I left the site, and upon returning, my cart was empty. I had to find all those items again.
So far so good. Great service and beautiful clothing. Runs about a half size to a ful size on the big side. So far I love everything about them!

Lots of cute clothes, however I wish they carried XS. The small are always a little big on me.

The clothes arrived within the 8-15 days promised. The are as described. A quick ironing and they were ready to wear.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
