The dress and black ethnic shirt both fit very well. The other shirts were larger than advertised and didn't fit properly. The leggings didn't look or fit anythingb like the picture and were baggy all over. I didn't return the items that didn't fit properly because it would not have been cost effective considering the original cost.

I ordered 3 items thru Zolucky. I was pleased with the items but 1 was too large. I followed the info on the enclosed sheet of paper but have yet to receive a response to return the item. There is no phone number to call, several different codes. I sent an email off of the site, there is no phone number. Still not response.

Same as other sites, got complicated with questions re paypal account
I requested return my items on July 19. In Return Policy, it is said that they will contact me within 48 hrs. And inform me the authorization and return address, however, today if July 31. Over 10 business day, but, I don't receive any authorization & return address information email from Zolucky. I sent same information a couple of times, but, Nothing. Please note I also checked "Junk" emails every 2 hours! What's going on? I really doubt some customer put 5 stars for Zolucky.

I received my products. Two of the items were true to their sizes, two of them I need to return. I am still waiting for the information to complete the "no questions asked" returns. It's been well over a week since I submitted the request and the darn thing wouldn't let me more on without taking a picture. It's suppose to be no questions asked.
I would NOT order shoes again from them and I would be VERY cautious with the clothes ordered.
I am pleased so far. I'm hoping the quality and the sizes are true and I won't be disappointed that I tried this.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
