You have beautiful clothing and in all sizes! Unfortunately the largest still didn't fit. I needed one more larger size for a perfect fit. The one I received is too snug! Just one wash and I can't wear again.
I ordered a blouse from Zolucky for $34.72. It was too large and I wanted to return it until I found out that I had to pay to return it to China. They offered me a $3.72 total refund.
Order carefully with this company! I won't be ordering from them again.
Quality isn't as good as I'd hoped. The back closing button and loop bunch out unnaturally.
The the shirt has extra hem at the bottom (not sure what you call it) and cuffs on the sleeves. I thought it would be more simple with regular hems. This was not visable in the photos I viewed of the shirt. I loved the pattern, which is why I bought it but the fabric could be less of a plastic/polyester blend and more of a cotton blend and I woulod like it much more.
Fabric content is not sufficient; 'miniscule stretch' and 'polyester blend' is not enough. Please give full fabric content-- for instance you could say '64% cotton, 30% polyester, 6% lycra'. Also, be specific about your descriptions. Some captions read 'woven shirt', but then you say in the material content that it is 'jersey stretch'. This contradicts your first statement. Also, pictures should show front, back and sides of garment-- not just the front. Closer zoom options should be available - much closer up.
The website is extremely easy to get around. The products I have purchased are of very good quality.
So easy to find what you want. The products are of excellent quality
I was not about to pay shipping to chine. I will never order from you again

You have some really cute tops and pants but it took a long time to get them.
I am looking forward to receiving my items. Since this is my first order I am hoping they all fit.
The first 3 items don't fit at all. Much too small. Your sizing chart if way off. The other 2 items are fine.
Very slow and very bad quality. I did not receive what I saw in the picture. I did not receive one of the item for several months. I never order again anything!
I purchased 2 pairs of sandals from Zolucky. They were not the quality I expected, and the advertising was misleading. When I contacted Zolucky to return both pairs of shoes, they offered me 2 options: to return both pairs and pay a large shipping and handling fee; or: take a paltry % refund off my purchase price and to keep the shoes. Neither choice was a good one. I will not be purchasing anything from Zolucky again.
Borderline scam. Cheap knockoffs, poor quality false advertising throughout their site. They are using other stores photos in there site. The pictures do not match what you actually get. What you actually get is a very cheap flimsy poorly sized knock off. They do not offer "30 days easy return". If you click on that you get nothing. Return costs and fees are up to the customer. Even though the product is not what they advertised.

The items I purchased did not fit. The sizes are off, I ordered small in everything and they are all too big. Their return warehouse is in China so the buyer is responsible for international shipping. I will not buy anything from them again!
I decided to give Zolucky the benefit of doubt because their pictures looked so amazing and they promised returns are welcome. What could I loose?, I asked myself. 85% is the answer. Much of the fabric was undesirable. The clothes were not made to match the size charts. There is no way to speak with them except chats. During both chats I was disconnected from the chat. Then hours later I got a copy of the chat that stopped conveniently where they wanted it to stop and accused me of not finishing the chat. Finally I agreed to a 15% credit for only the items not on sale. Just to test, one of the sale items was huge. I very careful measured myself and reordered two sizes lower than my supposed size on the size chart. It arrived and it's still much too large. I like it so much that I decided to use it as pajama top. The results of $250 order was $15 credit and a pajama top.
Shipping and handling is a bit high
And it does take a long time to receive the order.
Excellent I am an older lady and I do not like having to use a computer because of confusion however I love to shop with Zolucky I have ordered numerous items twice since discovering the site and actually enjoyed shopping at home and pleased to receive items that fit nicely and good quality
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
