I have made several purchases with Zolucky, and have been generally satisfied with my purchases. My last purchase I ordered a pair of sandals, and the third time I wore them, within a couple of weeks of receiving them, one of the bands broke. I took a picture and have sent 3 emails to them, and have received no response at all. Apparently once they have your money, they are done with you! So never again will I order from them!

They wanted $ 60 to Return. Then I requested a $ 25% Refund on a $ 100 Return
And never received an answer! I will never recommend them to anyone.

The clothes are attractive, but the sizing is way way way off by American standards. If you want to return it, forget it the postage is the same or more than the cost of what you bought. They gleefully tell you when you try and return saying you might as well keep it. I contested mine with PayPal who agreed with me and did not make me pay. They hide on their website what country returns will be sent to, but it is China.

This website is a Chinese Scam that has been called out thousands of times, but still persists to be able to exist (Google them)! We purchased what looked to be a great looking cardigan for my wife. What we got was nowhere near the same look. The colors were muted and the design wrong. I believe that what happens is that Zolucky hires 3rd rate manufacturers in China to try and copy a nice looking item from a good manufacturer (it is a picture of the nice item that they post on their website). Of course the resulting item is nowhere near as nice as the original, but that's what Zolucky ships. When you complain, they ask you if they can instead discount the item for you (only like 10 or 20%). NO! If we knew that this sweater was going to look this crappy we would never have bought it - regardless how cheap it was! The problem then becomes that they make you return it, on your dime, TO CHINA! That, of course, is expensive and a complete hassle! Don't buy from these SCAMMERS! And get your credit card company involved to get your money back if you already did buy from them!

DO NOT purchase from this company if you think you can return the items. After purchasing and receiving the clothes I found them to be far too large when I tried to return them I was send a email that the company was in China and the cost to mail back my item would cost more than I paid for the the dress so they offered me 15% off of my purchase which turned out to be three dollars what a rip off guys

Scammed... Chinese company... If you want a refund, you pay for sending back, or, try to negotiate a percentage (low) of what you paid for the terrible clothing that looks nothing like the pictures. There are several companies all related... Nora Cora. Same company. Same fraud. I am immensely surprised and disturbed that the government agencies allow these thieves to continue selling online. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Nora Cora! Make sure to check info on business...

I ordered a dress that looked so cute in the picture! The dress was nothing like the picture! It was awful and of poor quality! I got authorization to return it but was told it had to be returned to China even though it didn't come from there. I was offered 15% refund instead of returning it. Since I was responsible for the cost of returning it, I took the 15%! It would have cost more to mail it to China! I'm sure they're aware that many will not pay to return it and they wont have to refund cost of item! I will never order from them again! Poor return policy and poor quality product! They don't deserve even one star!

I cant even send this opinion until several tries.
Out of 5 items received want to return 4 of them for being too small. Size charts are incorrect. Put in request for returning the items 4-5 days ago, still no response and than I'm suppose to pay for the postage returning to China. I don't thing so. Not a relievable company. So sorry I purchased from them.

I especially appreciate ability to view size chart below each item.
Clothing products were usually as expected, but sometimes of poor quality fabrics and not representative of the photo in the ad. Extended wait times for all items. Many items shipped separately from same order, resulting in additional cost to me to pick up. Overall low prices for clothing that is stylish. Great site if you don't mind the occasional disappointment and are able to take that in stride and donate item to a charity.
The quality of the clothing is extremely poor. Not like the website pictures at all. Returns go to China at the customer's expense. Buyer beware!

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
