Do NOT buy from this website. Read ALL the reviews for this website online. I ordered three pairs of shoes and the athletic shoe has no tongue in it. It was very light and shabbily made of cheap fabric. The sole was slippery and cheap and made a tapping sound when I tried it on and put it on the floor. Beware of the photos the products they are not as they seem in the photos. I gave one star for the low top athletic shoes because although they were very undercut they give themselves a couple of centimeters leeway for size. They were still not the highest quality shoes. They charge shipping for each item separately so that brought up the price. But the bad thing about many sellers from China is that they will stick you with the shopping costs back, which can be exorbitant and they know this. So if you get garbage it's just buyer beware. They will only offer you 15% back so you've lost your money and end up with garbage products that you cant see because you wouldn't even sell them at the dollar store. Do not buy from these sellers read real reviews.

I thought your clothes were so nice that I ended up placing two orders. I don't know how well these clothes fit because they are Christmas gifts and they haven't been given yet.

I ordered first and read reviews later, I thought I had been suckered. After a month waiting-I was pleasantly surprised! The products were exactly as I anticipated. Sizes,! Materials and colors were all like I ordered. It took a while to get, yet for the price and quality it was well worth the Waite!

Im too old and did not know not to use sizing charts. Very nice people but lost a lot of money with wrong sizes.

I received my sweater and it is nothing like the description on your site. It is not white it is yellow, and the stripes are huge and ugly. I want to return this sweater, but I can not seem to get a person or chat to help me, I am disgusted with the whole process.

Most of it was very easy. It took a long time to receive order. Clothes were not the same as they looked on line. Quality was definitely less. I hated that you could not speak to a customer service representative. This made everything take longer to resolve any questions that came up about order.

Expected free shipping but didn't get it. Received the shirt in time frame offered.

Your clothes are beautiful but not as soft as stated and probably run larger than normal. I bought a dress and blouse and they are beautiful but run on the bigger size. I usually wear a medium and probably could have gotten a small... however, there are no zippers in the dress so probably wouldn't have been able to get it on.

I bought two tops the same. One for a gift. The large size was gigantic so I had to spend hours adjusting it on my sewing machine. I wore it once and it grew even more. I can't wear it or use the other for a gift so I am out approximately 35 dollars. Can it be returned?

I received a pair of pants that would fit a toddler. When inquiring about a return, I was told that I would need to pay shipping for the return of the item to China. That is nuts.

Is it easy to order the products however when you look at the picture and real products is not even close it's so disappointing

I dontated all of the clothes to the homeless, but I dont even think the homeless would wear them,, absolutely ridiculous, I spent 400 dollars on garbage, sizes are all wrong! Doesn't look anything like the pictures! The material is see through and just plain out gross and cheap! Zoolucky is a scam! And I will do anything in my power to shut this place down!
