The shoes are very low quality with slippery plastic souls...but they look good.
One item was not the size stated in the ad. It was a no return item. I altered it myself. A sweater I bought had poor workman ship. I sent a request for a return. I was offered 50% off. I accepted. I fixed the loose holes and loose pockets. I fixed the loose threads on the seams. It is okay now.

I liked the items, except for shoes that were too small. I was not happy with the return options, possible extra costs to ship back. I was offered a 15% refund, to avoid tariffs, etc. I wont be ordering again, due to this policy/problem.

This site has so many choices and almost all in several sizes to choose the 'just right' fit. Mine were perfect fits. I advise potential buyers to read reviews before final size selection.
It was quick and easy to shop and an expensive however I do not like the fabrics and there are threads hanging on all pieces. The first time I wore the blouse it pilled. So now I have a blouse that I cannot wear so that made it an expensive blouse. A one time only blouse.
Even though I had not opened the two bras on my second order, seeing my first order was only the same bra in a different color, that I found to be too flimsy to support my boobs. There was also a pair of pants that fit weird at the crotch and a short that seemed lopsided but the cost to send them back was not worth sending them back. Fortunately, Zolucky offered me a good percentage off to keep the products so I wear the flimsy bras over a supportive bra for that lacey look under my top.
Quick Customer Service response. I would like to see more division in the categories so it is easier to find what you are looking for
