Shipping was too much and no tracking. I was worried I would never receive the item.
I ordered to items, neither fitted, one would have fit a gorilla the sleeves were longer than my insaem on my pants. The other shirt in a larger size was way to small, and was not the material listed. Avoid them at all cost.

The shirt is good quality but extremely large. I put it away.
After ONE week, notified that item was out of stock and would take up to TWO weeks for a refund. That is unacceptable and SMELLS. No more orders for me.

Make sure you like them because it will cost you almost as much to return them as to buy them! And it takes a long time to receive them and their tracking is not up to date.

I found what I was looking for, but I was not happy with the shipping cost or the overall shipping procedure. Better communication and updates on the things ordered would help the customer greatly. The customer chat line was excellent, I don't remember the names of the two women who helped, but they found the information quickly and were very efficient and accurate.

The tops that I ordered were good quality for the price; however, it seems that the small size is too large for me and there were no extra-small sizes available.
I'm so disappointed. I used Zolucky's sizing chart to determine my fit only to receive $122 worth of clothing oversized by at least 2 sizes. I submitted a return request per the receipt enclosed with my order. I received a reply stating I would have to pay all international shipping costs as well as customs fees to return these items that didn't fit to CHINA! Even though the soft plastic envelope I recv'd containing my order came from California! Seller requested I send my return to them in a box.?
It's been over a week of correspondences/waiting and I still haven't received a return shipping address. I suspect this company is slow with their replies in the hope that 30 days will pass and I'll be stuck with these grossly mis-sized items.
Sad thing? (Some of) their stuff is cute (some is hideous). I would've happily exchanged what I liked and donated what I didn't, but that wasn't an option. #Zolucky offered a 15% credit. NOTHING FITS. 15% of $122 loss is insulting.
Don't be fooled into thinking the inflated prices mean higher quality clothing.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
