Bought 2 items and the sizes are really running small. I even considered things running small and ordered bigger just in case, still didn't work. Mailing it back overseas will cost more than it's value or cost.

The order process was quick and easy. I especially liked the option for interest free payments.
It took forever to get here, the fit was way too big, returning it is not a vaible option, the best is to get a 15% credit back. Not a good experience

I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company. One was of good quality and what I expected. The other was of very low quality, had in finished seams in the arm and bottom of the shirt and the collar was cut all ragged. They said they would not give me a refund because the shirt was just like the picture in their catalog. Not true at all. Ordered 4-5 items 1/17/23, tracking = still says PROCESSING. Giving it ONE MORE DAY to reply. -0- communication spells trouble. Customer service is absent, says just "chat" but there is no chat available. If it takes 8 business days to process an order this can only be problematic on the other end because if one cannot reach anyone during post ordering, they will be NO WHERE TO BE FOUND if you have a further issue with order.

I recieved a large shirt that was 8 inches smaller than the medium top. I can't wear either. The sweaters are beautiful but anything marked jersey is a weird fabric.

Ordering was easy however, delivery took over 30 days. That's along time to wait for a top. However, the top is exactly as described, Very comfortable. Fit as expected

Your clothing is fresh,! Am a women of a certain age (lol) so I just felt like doing something fresh and fun.
Products were okay but took a month to receive products ordered.
Zolucky has lots of options and lots are tempting I ordered 2 dresses and on was exactly as I expected, the second the shade of green was not as displayed but otherwise was as described- it was also too big but that might be my mistake, however the first one fit perfectly!
