The quality was like swap meet apparel. Some things can be acceptable if that's what you're Shopping for, but the dress I received wasn't the same dress, the shoes were made of a smelly vinyl.
The shop was away for a couple of weeks for, I think, a new year celebration. I understood and hope they had a Great time!

Many items were mis-sized, even though I ordered X-3XL. This was my first order, so I expected to get some type of discount. None entered were accepted.
It was offered later, and now I won't order again because of no guarantee of sizing and high shipping costs..

I ordered an item from their website that was advertised on the weather channel on 12/10. They charged my account the same day. As of Feb 12th the item still had not been shipped. I had been in contact with them previously and was told if I still wanted to wait they would email when it was sent and give a credit when it came for future order. First it was very difficult to get through to anyone in service. Then today 2/14 I receive an email giving me a credit for an out of stock item but they did not give me credit for shipping. Nothing was shipped, I should be credited for that. It is nothing of my fault and they want to make money charging me $9.99 shipping when nothing was shipped. I will never order from here again and will try to spread the word to everyone I know not to order either.

Of the four things I ordered, the first two came in about six weeks, and we're quite obviously not what was pictured. One of the sweaters had been cut, and itchy cheap lace hot glued around the collar. The fabric is stiff and scratchy and stretched out in bottom. I had to contact them to see where the other two items were, and were told they would rush the factory to make them. Not even made yet! Since the first two were poor quality and not what I thought I ordered, I asked for a refund. She stopped responding, and I had to start again. Don't believe the four star ratings. They must be fake.

First time shopper experience. Yes, easy to order but then you wait. It took a long time for my order to be shipped. It took almost a month to receive my order from the initial order date.
So far so good love everything I see and also love the prices.
I ordered two tops which look completely different colorwise than the pictures. The website says it's EASY to return items, then you find out that you have to pay shipping to China and deal with Customs on top of it! I will never purchase anything from them again.

This is my 3rd or 4th order from Zolucky and I have been pleased with the items I have ordered. I have received all but one item: SKU SA57ED8A13B7 Black:size:40
Every now and again, I receive pictures of certain items that catch my eye. Today I could not miss out on the sandals. Though we are knee deep in winter, it will be warm weather soon enough to start wearing summery clothes in California! If I wait until it warms up to order sandals, they will all be gone by then! The early bird catches the worm!
I couldn't go through the whole website. I picked as many as I wanted, but during checkout had to see what I needed! It's easier to pick one you like, put it in your cart then to go back and try to remember what page you saw something on. Then at checkout, you can decide.
It's my 1st purchase so we'll see if that 4stars will change to a 5 star, depending on how long it takes to get to my house and what condition it's in! ;)
Good items. One is a bit smaller than i like its too much around the neck but all esle is great. The other one is a see through and i dont have a slip so havent tried it yet but i love what it looks like and cant wait to try it. Thanks
I ordered an item from which they debited my account, but I never received a confirmation email. My banking account does not show an order number or a phone number to contact them. Therefore I am unable to track my order or email them for an update. YOU CAN'T do anything without a confirmation number? I would never never order from them again. They entice you with there beautiful designs and then take your money. So frustrated.

I requested to return my previous order last week but so far I haven't heard from Zolucky. I have ordered 3 items from Zolucky and have requested a return of all three items. I never received any correspondence regarding the returns. There isn't anyway to contact Customer Service and the return window has passed. The sandals were too big and the two tops are also too big. Overall it hasn't been a good experience. I won't be able to recommend this company.
Satisfied. The sweatshirt is as expected, lightweight with colorful design. The sweater has some loose threads that will need reinforcement before wearing / washing.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
