I ordered some shoes last year and they took 3 months to arrive (pre-covid so that's not an excuse) and the fit was not anywhere near the size 8 ordered, and they were cheaply made, so I wanted to return them. The return center is in China and I had to pay for the shipping. So I gave them to my sister. Then my husband, not knowing about my past experience, just ordered me a few shirts that looked great on the site. I am a normal size 6, so he ordered size small. They arrived and are huge! They could easily be a size XXL. There is NO WAY this is the same size shirt the models wore on the site. The fabric is cheap with lose threads and looks like it would fall apart in the washing machine. Once again, I would have to pay for the return shipping to CHINA! Stay away from Lolucky! In the photo, the left is the huge sized SMALL Zolucky shirt and on the right is a normal sized small similar style shirt that fits me! When I wrote Zolucky that I feel due to the improper sizing they should pay for my return shipping, they refused but would give me a 15% refund so I could alter the shirt myself.

ZoLucky is one of the biggest on-line stores. It is a scam. I had purchased items and this is what happened. (1)It had taken over six weeks for delivery (and, the orders were shipped from separate delivery places) (2) The items were not even close to matching the visual or the description (3). They sent the wrong sizes (4). When contacted, they DO NOT provide a return address... they stall, so that they do not have to refund you---due to the time allotment (5). The spelling on the shirts are incorrect (5). They will do whatever they can to STALL returning your money (one email offered me an insulting 15% for a shirt that (they) had sent to me that was misspelled. The products are cheap, incorrect size(s), and spelling is incorrect on the RBG shirts. I sent the items back to one of the labels. To be informed by another email ("What address did you send it to? The ZoLucky email responder stated to me: What address? Because they WILL NOT provide an return address to you... her email further stated that they are in China. Yes, although ALL labels are FROM various parts of the United States. SCAM!
Trust me, their posts are possibly by the owners of the site...

I bought here the blue lapel vertical striped blouse for my wife and loved it. It was easy to order, I just added it to my bag, selected a size, then checked. I also loved that they had so many photos of the blue lapel vertical striped blouse, not just stock photos, but also of actual customers using the product. I also appreciated that there was free shipping regardless of the order amount and that I got a 40% discount on my first order. My order arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I would definitely recommend this online boutique to my friends.

This was the first time that I used this clothing website, and I must say that I was extremely pleased. I used it to order a red backless dress, which was well worth it. The entire process, from ordering to obtaining the item, was straightforward. The sweater was actually as described in the specification and pictures and was of excellent quality in terms of fabric. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which is always a bonus. Being budget conscious, it was perfect for me as their prices are extremely low for the type of product they offer. The website is well built and responsive. Definitely a thumbs up!

What I have received from here is of very good quality not to mention the excellent prices. That's what keeps me coming back. I am more than satisfied with the clothes I have received. I find the size charts to be very accurate as well as the items shown in the picture. You just can't beat the prices. These same items purchased from a high-end boutique would be very expensive. In general, I must say that I am more than satisfied with everything that I have bought online here.

I bought my new dress here. I wore this dress to work and turned a lot more heads than I expected. It's so flattering! I'm 5'6 "and I weigh 132 pounds. I ordered a small one and it fits me like a glove. The material has a bit of stretch, so size wise it would be a bit forgiving. The cut of this dress hides the bag from Good mommy tummy. Felt a bit strange wearing something so retro as it is not my typical fashion style. But I am very happy with it and I know I will use it a lot. Delivery was fast and flawless. Customer service was great. Magnificent!

I've found that it's generally not the fault of the seller when checking out to pay, after going thru timely process of finding what you want and going to pay for it... being kicked out and not being able to resume order- it's due to ever changing browsers on your device or their website that change on the blink of an eye- I've found not only do I need to change browsers but often devices or contact seller to check for charges on their website. Updates sometimes change or there's a lot of competition amongst browsers, I don't know. But check that stuff out and don't assume it's the fault of the seller as I did that very same thing. It IS frustrating!

Bait and switch crap

Bait and switch 100%. When tried to return there was no communication on zolucky's end. They did not try and make this right. Pictures of products are 100% NOT what you receive. Zero stars and a frowny face if I could.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 3 items, and figured they'd take a while to get here. First two items arrived around when i thought they would, 3rd was significantly delayed.

1st item, a blouse: not as pictured, but still pretty enough to keep -- was supposed to have a scalloped edge but was a straight edge. Had bought because of the unique design.

2nd item, cute cable knit sweat pants, gift for my daughter... haven't heard if she likes it or not.

3rd item, same cable knit pants for me, but in olive green: arrived a full month later, and is a hideous bright green, and made of scratchy polyester. I contacted customer service to return for refund or replacement, but was told if I return, I had to pay for shipping -- to China! -- or I could keep and they'd give me a 15% refund!

Are you kidding me? THEY sent me the wrong color item and they're going to make me pay for shipping to get a refund?

Foolishly I ordered multiple items with my first order and didn't like many of the items I ordered so I tried to return them. It was a rude awakening when I found out the items had to be returned to China and then they might be rejected after paying shipping and possibly international charges. Zolucky did offer to reimburse me for 15% of the cost of the items I wanted to return. So for $74 in returns I should get $11.10 - I won't be shopping on Zolucky again. Zolucky was not lucky for me.
