Scam. Clothing is nothing like the pictures. Cheap. A month later, I am still waiting for one of the items and I am not expecting a return.
Now, I am stuck with clothing that basically sucks... I don't even dare trying a return because we all know how simple sending stuff to China is.
Don't bother!
This is the email that I received from Zolucky. I did not take the review down and was not refunded one dime. All items were returned to the RETURN address on the packages. (except the socks)

Horrid quality and poor workmanship. One sleeve longer than the other, hems not finished, material is the cheapest fleece. Shoes are made of plastic and poorly glued together. To return you must get their approval, pay for shipping to China and pay import fees. The clothing represented in the website photos are not what you get. I am reporting them to the BBA and trying to get my money back from Paypal.

I loved placing my first order on this website, I bought some long pants, a blouse and a dress, the quality is good and the prices are worth it since they are at a very good price!
I do not regret for a second my order in this online boutique! I ordered a pair of pants for myself, and it is excellent! I love! It fits perfectly and the material is not cheap.
Excellent service at this online boutique. I ordered two dresses, one was shipped exactly as it says in 12 business days. The second dress was out of stock, I was offered to wait a few days for it to be available again, but I requested a refund which I received immediately.
The material of the sweater is very good and I really like it. The logistics are very fast. The customer service is very timely and the customer service staff is patient. Super recommended online boutique!

Incredible online boutique. What they offer is the best. I have bought several garments and it is always good to have fashion references and what else to have quality in one place on the internet.
I made a fairly large order to get free shipping and 7 out of 8 clothing items I got were not what I ordered. I took body measurments and went by their sizing charts and I think they just send the 1st item they grab. Some items were obviously NOT what was pictured. I ordered a coat that looked very thick and they said there was a delay and it would ship when the manufacturer replenished stock. I received an item that was not even close to what was pictured. It was like a pair of pajamas. The material was super thin and not what was described. Notice it doesn't even have the embroidery and knitting. The garment is totally flat. Their product reviews are a scam also. I tried to write a review on their site and it will not let me submit it.

I found this company online. I think on Facebook. I ordered some items but started reading reviews. Most are not good at all. The policy for cancellation was a 24 hour window. I followed the process to cancel my order within 24 hours via email to the company. Unfortunately they sent me an email saying they would be back to me in 48 hours. So because they did not respond for more than 48 hours a partial order was shipped. When I received the email that items shipped I emailed them back to ask why they sent the clothes when i asked for the entire order to be cancelled (several times). So then the games began.
They offered me 20% off the items that had not shipped yet. I told them i would continue with the order if they gave me 20% off the entire order. They said no, so for the 3rd time I asked them to cancel my order. I also asked for a free return label since they never cancelled the order when I asked and instead played a dirty trick by not getting back to me within the 24 hour window. They said no.
After 13 or more emails of going back and forth they basically told me to take a hike.
I have written 3 bad review in my life to include this one. I plan to spread this all over social media and my friends and family are joining in to give bad reviews. I told the company i planned to do this. I told them they are making a bad business deal by not allowing me to send the clothes back for free. They never answered many of my question, they just kept distracting me with this offer and that.
In the end they did cancel the part of the order that had not shipped yet. I told them several times in several emails that they were scammers. Not once did they attempt to defend themselves so clearly the company is a scam. I read this in several reviews. I know people are quick to say bad reviews when something goes wrong rather than writing reviews for something you like. That is not me. I write several 4-5 star reviews mostly, but not with this company. They got a 1 star from me and if i could have put no stars or a negative star, that is what they deserve.

It is the first time that I buy here and I have to say that everything is phenomenal, fast shipping, in perfect condition, the dress as it was lost in La foto, of good quality and good price, also say that I had a doubt and I was treated I immediately recommend it.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
