This is my 2nd review, because they blackmailed me into accepting a 60% refund if I delete my negative review. So after a lot of negotiating back and forth and I still had no refund posed to my CC, I decide it was not worth the money, and I'd rather warn people of the scam of a company.
If you believe that the prices are too good to be true, you are correct. The images do not reflect the items that you receive. I purchased several pieces, including boots, for Christmas to give as gifts, and I will end up giving them to charity instead. The fabrics are stiff and itchy, the stitching and construction is sloppy, they use fake screened decoration and embroidery, and they come in smelling like a horse barn. One item was not even in the realm of being what was illustrated on their website.
If you want a refund/return you have to spend twice as much sending it back to China, which they do not pay for OR give them a positive review OR get a partial refund if you don't leave a negative review.
This place is a total scam! Beware!

I ordered several things from this company, its been several weeks and I still haven't received two of the items. But what I did get are the opposite of what is shown in the pictures. The materials used are cheap, the stitching is that of a ten year old, (probably is!) and the embroidery that is seen on the website, is nothing more than 3-d images screened onto FELT! To top it all off, to return anything you have to pay postage to CHINA! But they did offer me 15% of my cost so I can purchase more? Are they insane? Then I discovered that their good reviews are fake.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!
The dresses here are of good quality, exactly, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is not having more money to buy more =)

None. I couldn't WAIT to get rid of the STINKY shoes! I returned them to the address they were shipped from, which was still $8.50. Altogether I lost $30 just from shipping alone. If I'd mailed them to China it would have cost another $10. They acted like they'd give me my $31.99 back, but at a cost of $27? The real refund is $5. Scam artists!

Awful, cheap, cheesy CRAP! Pictures show totally different items. Buyer Beware and buyer pays expensive return shipping... on a very slow boat to China! Had I known it was from China I would not have purchased. Horrible polyester that as pictured, looks like a beautiful nubby sweater. NOT! Bait and switch pics. I'm sure they'll come with some cheap, cheesy excuse not to refund me. I don't want ANYTHING I bought, just gross. I have to wonder if the clothes aren't poisoned to boot. Just like the COVID19 they sent out into the world! Not to mention new scam calls on the number I had to leave. Rawr! I'm not going to waste my time taking pictures, I provided the bloody order ID.

Some the clothes are cute. Some run big some the colors are off. I bought several pieces of clothing and needed to return couple items. I emailed them for return authorization since 1 sweater had holes, 1 was way too big and 1 top was not color that was shown. They responded pretty quickly (within 24 hours) First they offered 15% off and responded to just give the authorization for return. They responded by first saying we'll give you 25% off and said to look at the bottom of that email for shipping address. To my surprise it was going back to CHINA. The cost of shipping is over what the what the clothing is worth of what I purchased for so it wasn't worth it since ALL return are the customers responsibility (FYI for 2-3 lbs the cost runs 65.00usd to 98.00 usd) Just be aware return are going CHINA. I took the 25% refund (this offer only applies to items that you wanted to return), which they refunded. I will NEVER buy from them.

I ordered 2 blouses and a pair of shoes. The shoes are so cheaply made with hard plastic on the bottom that will make me slip and the wrong size with no arch or padding in them. The blouses that I ordered are awful as well. They make it very hard to send this junk back to them and they know people most likely won't send it back because they only give you a short time to send it back and you have to pay for the shipping again and have to get approved from the website to see if you can send it back. I made the mistake of ordering from them but I will never order from them again and I told my daughter and friends not to as well.

This online boutique gives you a shot for your money! The clothes are so good, at a very good price. They are put on sale very generously and the delivery is super fast.
The dress and blouses that you hear in this online boutique improve day by day, the designs look more elegant. The collection expands color availability with even better inventory to match.
I was surprised to be able to buy affordable casual style clothes here on this website. They are not just dresses and blouses. It's great.
Personally, it is difficult for me to shop at a physical store and find items that fit my body type and style, but this website has it all to my liking. I love their fashion sense and great low prices, but check the size chart before ordering.
Some companies on the Internet vary the product or do not ship it. But this online boutique quickly solves problems, apart from the fact that all their clothes are great, especially the dresses... I love them all!

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
