I ordered over 270 in clothing, only to find out half of the items were incorrect while ALL of the items were of such poor quality. I contacted them to get a refund, they wait to tell you need to contact them within 7 days of receiving your order, which I did then tell you the order needs to go to CHINA, yeah I know, it is CRAP and would cost way too much and offer a 15% refund. These clothes are so poorly made I wouldn't give them to a homeless person.
BEWARE OF THEIR SCRIPTED REPLIES, THIS BUSINESS IS AROUND BATING AND SWITCHING BUYERS. DON'T BUY EVER!

Zolucky has beautiful photos, but when you receive the item, it looks NOTHING like the photo. When you wish to return your item that looks nothing like the photo, too bad, you will have to ship it back to China, and it will cost you more than your item. As a final measure, they'll offer 15% of your purchase price for your unusable item. Oh, but will only apply it to one of the three items you purchased that are horrible. Learn from my mistake, and avoid this scam.
Update: After posting this review, suddenly I was offered 35% back IF I would remove my post. So now you know this is the company you are dealing with. Confirms the scam that it is.

Great marketplace platform for casual shopping and buying season specifics. I really appreciate the shipping company's work especially because it was incredibly god and quick.
I was excited to find a beautiful sweater on zolucky so I ordered one for myself and one for my twin. After 4 weeks and 3 emails my order still had not arrived. When it finally did, it was a knock off made with a completely diff fabric and very strange colors. They are literally unwearable. I was so disappointed! I sent an email and received a quick response as always. It turns out the items have to be returned to some where in China. The cost of shipping and customs, of course, exceeds the value of the order. I was offered a 15% refund on my sweaters with the suggestion that I use the fund's for alterations. Bahahaha! I'm taking the refund and taking my sister to coffee. If tempted to buy with zolucky, close your computer and walk away!
