Items arrived - a supposedly 'loose-fitting" casual tee shirt and nice white Capris pants. Even though I ordered plus -sized clothing, the tee was NOT loose fitting! The sleeves were ridiculously tight and the body of the tee tight as well...a 2X! The capris pants were just right, so I would say my order was 50% successful. The lightweight shoes I ordered previously and received, were just right, too. Honestly, if a clothing company offers plus-sized clothing, it may want to get a correct gauge on the nuances of plus-sized clients' needs.
Found six lovely items for my summer wearing comfort! Can't wait to receive them! Thank you!

Enjoyed the first shirt received but had very poor communication in terms of a confirmation about order received and date when they would be received. The second shirt arrived two days before Christmas. If I order again I would like more communication as to received order and when it might be shipped.

I have ordered here before. There cloths are nice quality. The bust size is a little small.

Ordered the shoe size (size 10) as described. When the order arrived, the shoe size stamped on the inside of the shoes was 9-10. The shoes were too small and, after wearing them for 2 hours, I had to discard them. I didn't want to pay an additional $10 to return them, so I ended up ordering and paying for the next size up (size 11). The second set of shoes were actually a true size 10, but I resented having to pay for the same pair of shoes twice.

BEWARE!
I bought 7 tops from Zolucky. Cute but cheaply made. Wanted to send 6 of the 7 back. Company said they needed to be shipped back to CHINA! It would have cost $61.15 for just under 2 oz of shipping weight to send them back.
When I called the company they offered me a 25% discount on $108.18 order.
When you call them they refuse to tell you the return address unless you have an order number! I think this practice should be illegal.
ALSO... Beware their XXX is only a size 14!
I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN and encourage you to spread the word and NOT ORDER FROM Zolucky!

Cute dresses, but quality a little "cheesy", thus the cost. Out of 3 dresses, one was true to fit. (All small)
One the straps need to be lifted and the one I wanted the most ran small and it tighter than I want.
But, it's super cute! I will be shopping here again anyway!
Lots of choices for sandals and shirts. The selection was varied.

Takes too long for shipment to arrive and cost to return items way too expensive
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
