Cheap products, difficult and expensive to return

Items were delivered 3 weeks after ordering. Quality is VERY poor (I should have realized you get what you pay for). Items must be returned to their location in Guangzhou, China at purchaser's expense. It will cost me $150 to return $125 worth of merchandise. Regret wasting good money on this company.

I ordered about $150 dollars of merchandise. It took months to come. When it did the quality was definitely less than "American Made", it basically was garbage. When I contacted the company by email they were less than helpful. I would NEVER give this place my business again and I hope my review helps anyone considering ordering from them.

I ordered items for Christmas in October. In January I still have not received all of my order. Their tracking system says that those items were cancelled. I did not cancel them or receive a refund.

Misleading images lead to junk purchases

I thought I had found the perfect website for me. The images showed colors I loved, designs I liked and I spent hours combing through the website finding things I wanted to buy. So I did... The boots I purchased were not suede (as stated) but a plastic fuzz. The fit was way too narrow. The bracelet I purchased was exactly as pictured, but much too small for an adult wrist. I gave it to a child. The scarf I purchased was supposed to be a bunch of deep warm colors. Upon arrival, it was flimsy and bright orange and turquoise. I could not figure out how to wear it as parts were too long and others too short... It was a disaster. Another sweater I purchased stated it was wool... well, it was actually really flimsy material with "sweater design" printed on it. The cuffs were so huge and didn't even match the rest of the material. The print started to fade as you move down the arm to the wrist. It was hideous. Another top I purchased looked like a sweater in the image on the website - it was not. The material was cut around the edges with no sewn hem! Also, the arms could barely fit over my forearms! I have never been more disappointed in an online shopping experience. The shipping takes 3-4 weeks. Their return policy is unfair - as shipping back to China will probably cost more than the items to begin with. Finally, I have been waiting to chat with someone online for over an hour... I am not sure that I will be able to make their 15 day deadline for returns if no one ever responds.
I tried to include pictures from their website to compare to those I included here, but am unable to copy images that will then upload.
The first image is Women Asymmetrical Long Sleeve Stripes Casual Sweater (not even close to a sweater).
The second image is women vintage cotton blend stripe.
The third image is floral sheath printed cotton blend.

EDIT:
Customer service responded promptly to my request for return - both through this site and through my original email via their website. I was offered a resolution that did not meet my needs and was contingent on me removing this negative review. Although the quality of the merchandise I received remains incredibly disappointing and falls far below reasonable expectations, their customer service was very quick to reply to my email and seems to be trying to find a way to resolve this.

Clothes are TOTAL Bait and Switch

The pictures on the website are nothing like what you get. The descriptions of the clothes say they are sweaters or sweatshirts and they look like that in the pictures, but are really just polyester shirts with pictures of sweater patterns and/or sewn like a sweatshirt with bands on the bottom and the sleeves. The sizes are not consistent, the shipping takes forever and returns have to be paid for by the customer. Below is the picture of the hat from the website (on the girl) and a pic of the hat I received. The hat on the girl looks like a crocheted, textured hat. The one I received is a cheap attempt at a copy. The shirts are the same. I ordered light gray gloves and the ones that showed up were dark gray - almost navy blue. It would cost me as much to return the items as I paid and they probably know that. Don't waste your money like I did.

I kept my expectations reasonable because of the pricing, but one item was a very wrong size, one had sewing errors, and one was not cut to drape the way it did in their product photo. I would have ignored the different fit but asked to return the one that was supposed to 47"at the bust but was 38", and the one that the neckline was stretched and puckering. There response was that their return facility is in China and it would take a long time and be expensive FOR ME to return the defective items, so I could choose to get a 15% refund. On two obviously defective items. I have stated that is not acceptable and their response was that they would improve their items in the future. And be forewarned - the fabrics are VERY lightweight.
