Promised goods before Christmas. It's now 1/7/21 and I still don't have the whole order. I don't know when the remainder of the order will arrive.

Not only did it take weeks to get my order (bought in November 2020), but due to their 15-day return policy they refused to take back a Christmas present for my wife which was a sweater that did not fit. Antiquated return policies and poor customer service make for bad business. I will never purchase from Zolucky again.

I ordered several tops from Zolucky which came in 3 shipments. One was supposed to be a sweatshirt but it was a long sleeved hoodie. Cute but I wouldn't have bought it in a store and this was the item that made me go to their site in the first place. Another looked like a dressy work top but it was a cotton-blend which was basically heavy PJ material. They gave me a discount to keep it or I would have had to pay shipping to China otherwise which was more expensive. After that, I immediately canceled one that had not shipped since it also said "Cotton blend." Today I received the sweater... it was a long sleeve blouse in the same pattern as the sweater but the sleeves are elastic. In all, I got one cute sweater out of the 4 tops I ordered but even that was not what was pictured. I am very disappointed.

SO DISAPPOINTING! My husband was so excited to find this website and purchase my Christmas gifts. He was so excited! Regrettably, when we opened up my many presents the look of shame on his face was so sad. I pretended to love everything as he put so much effort into choosing everything. BUT THIS IS FRAUD. The pictures are nothing like the quality of material, color, shape, flow that you get. I would shop at Walmart before I shopped here again! I went online to his account and they block you from making reviews. I feel as if this company ripped off my husband! Most everything is made out of polyster and the quality is just horrible. A complete waste of money.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered 10 items from this company. After waiting for 2 months I have now received 8 of the 10. Their website will not allow me to post a review of the items, which is probably because none of them match the picture or description of what was sold. Very disappointed. They have a 15 day from the date the shipped the order return policy. Not with the hassle, I'll just donate the items. The quality rating should only have come through as a 1 star!
