I ordered the leggings from this online boutique because it has a cool fabric for summer. They hold well what they have to hold. They are long up to the ankles and the pockets are very practical and large to carry for example the mobile. Posts look great and are comfortable
First- Many of the items in my order took over a month to be delivered. New customers should realize that you are ordering from China directly through a business in the United Kingdom, not a US company. Customers don't know this when you get on their site. Secondly-my order totaled a little over $175.00 dollars and when the packages were delivered a $3.66 pair of socks was missing. I just assumed whoever packed the order left them out of the package, no big deal-it happens. I let Zolucky know and that is when the fun began. They kept asking for proof, e.g., "Please check your package... was your package taped... send us photos of the package..." The clothes came in envelopes-not boxes. I had thrown them away-after all they were cheap padded envelopes that I cut with scissors to open them- why keep them? They kept asking for proof like it was a murder case- even though I responded telling them the envelopes were taped, sealed, the pair of socks just wasn't in the envelope. But that did not satisfy them. This went on for over a week and I finally said you know what "keep the $3.66 and be happy." Who would lie about some stupid $3.66 pair of socks? Chinese customer service reps (Miss Wu) treated me like I was guilty. Buyer please, keep in mind: The photos look different than the real product you get (see photos) The top you see looks textured. In reality it is a flat smooth print. Finally-forget about sizes: My medium top was the equivalent of an Extra Large top. See photo Female 5'4" 120 lbs You think after what Zolucky put me through for a pair of socks THEY FORGOT TO PACK I'm going to tell them my medium top is HUGE?-after medium sizes that are extra large and when their photos do not accurately reflect the real product that I'm going to shop again? I could go on, like the shoes squeak, pop and you can hear me coming a block away and THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE-cheaply made... I'll never wear them. These "clothes" are going to the Goodwill. This was my experience and all I can say is they have a great website and I suppose I forgot to apply the wisdom of caveat emptor. Maybe you won't make the same mistake: Caveat Emptor, please.

I emailed customer service on Friday night regarding the return policy and got an immediate response that was clear and informative.
I ordered a beautiful shirt here for a party that arrived very quickly and looked the same as on the web page, to underline this, I had contact with a lady from this boutique by email who was amazing in helping me and always answered my emails so soon as i sent them. She was an amazing help at all times, really great customer service. Thank you :)
90% of the reviews that are positive from Zolucky, are planted by them. You can't even leave your own review on their site... it is blocked. This company is a scam and the items are garbage; not at all what is pictured. I know from experience. They ship to you from San Francisco and if you want return the junk, they tell you to return it to China and pay all costs and fees. Scam site. Scam products. Buyer beware!

I bought a pair of lycra pants on this website and they are by far the most comfortable garment I have. In fact, I collected all my expensive unused leggings and put them in a box.

Not only are the clothes in this online boutique of incredible quality, but the customer service is simply incredible. They were more than helpful in responding very quickly to any questions I had via email. Thanks!
Dealing with this online boutique was an absolute pleasure. My products were not only delivered quickly, but they were very helpful with their seasonal discounts in the middle of the quarantine, a sigh of peace of mind and joy in these difficult times.
I ordered 3 items end of Sept. 2 of them were what I wanted, and I just added the very cheap button as I thought maybe fun. I received the button only. I waited more than 2 months for my 2 items. I have asked many times when I will receive my order(2 items). Every time, they said " it is because of COVID" or " we can't know when" or " those items are hot and taking time to produce", or " right now we are talking with the designer(which doesn't make sense as the design has been already there)". Since the service desk's answers were always just following the format and sometimes doesn't make sense at all, I asked them 2 times to let me know the person (manager in the company) in charge for the production as I need to have a real talk. They ignored my request both times.
Finally I cancelled my order and asked refund. They refunded for the 2 items but not the shipping cost. And they said they can't refund the shipping cost, which I feel very unkind. (technically they are stealing your money) Even though they used the part of shipping cost I have paid, I believe they owe me the rest of the shipping cost.
Every day, I keep on receiving their ads, trying to sell their items. I wonder about this company.
Are they trying to let the people place order the items which they even don't know when they will be able to deliver?
Whatever the company is (somebody said in the review that the company is scam, she must be right...), one thing sure is that it is not a normal company who wants to do the business with an descent business rules and ethics.

I had ordered two tops and was not happy with the quality. I wanted to return them and was informed that I had to send them to China even though they were sent from within the US. It would have cost me as much as I paid for the tops to pay postage to China. I wrote a bad review on this site. They contacted me and said I could get a 15% refund. I chose that. The next day I was informed that I could not get the 15% refund if I did not remove my review. I am not removing it. They can have my $7.50. Do not buy from this company. The clothes are poor quality and take forever to arrive, and the customer service and return policy is awful. I wish I would have checked reviews before I bought from this website. Any good reviews from this company must be from employees.
This order took over a month to get, with no tracking available. It was meant to be for a Christmas gift and didn't arrive until Jan 6th, with many promises that it would be on time. Their customer service was terrible, with long delays in responses on line, I couldn't talk to a live person. And the coat I bought was not what the photo on line portrayed. There was no lining, the coat was made of cheap felt, and the collar was printed on the fabric rather then the design woven into the fabric, and it wasn't inexpensive. I paid 35 plus shipping for a total of 57.00, for this I could have bought a much better coat that would have been under the tree. I will not be returning this coat only because the other reviews on the return policy is as bad as the delivery and product reviews. Don't waist your time or money on this bad business!

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
