Not only are the clothes in this online boutique of incredible quality, but the customer service is simply incredible. They were more than helpful in responding very quickly to any questions I had via email.
Their products are very cheaply made. The shirts so thin you can see through them. The shoes are flat with no arch and the worst material I've ever seen on any shoe or boot. Plastic/rubber unbelievable.
The sizes are no where near advertised. I bought a large shirt hoping for room it was extra small!. The shoes where like clown shoes. Huge and no arch. The stretch pants I bough what should have fit exact but they were so large and baggy it was laughable. They will NOT... will NOT - Reimburse you your money. I Returned my goods with their shipping label. It took 4 months before it was NOT delivered! And then returned to me. I can NOT get back my postage because it was received by China but China didn't forward the package after sitting there for 3 months so they retuned the package.
The company Zolucky (Un-Lucky) IS unreasonable on any level - THEY SUCK!

I ordered a xxl top, the stated xxl, the label on the in of top stated xl. They will not allow me to return the top because they sent me the correct size.

Decent clothes at a reasonable price, but here's my experience... I ordered and received 2 tops. First off, they advertised them as cotton, but they were more of a stretchy, rayon type of material. But more importantly, they were way too big (not true to size) so I asked about returning. They said that their returns department is in China and I'd have to pay for shipping, and that it takes at least a month for the refund to go through, so I opted not to do that. I am also opting not to order from here again. They did offer a 15% refund to use for alterations, which I accepted, but it was such a small amount that it didn't even cover half the cost.
Beautiful clothes, stunning jewelry at the best prices. This online boutique has now become my go-to place to shop for clothes online.

I will never buy anything from Zolucky again. When I received my items which were a shirt and a sweater
They ended up being too big. I tried to send them back but it was more trouble than it was worth. If you want to send something back to them you will have to pay for postage shipping costs and any other charges. They will not let you send back any final sale items either which I was not aware of when I purchased them. I was very unhappy with the way they do things. There are not many companies I have dealt with that treat there customers this way by making it so hard to return things. I will never buy from them again. I do not have proof of purchase because I do not have the ability to take any photos of items or receipts. I can tell you that one of the items I wanted to return was a long sleeve red and gray shirt with the words Don't piss off old people the older we get the less life in prison is a deterrent and this is how I feel now
Don't buy from them unless you are 100% sure it will fit. Got a dress in my normal size that was very small in the bust when received. They only wanted to offer a refund of 15% or else I had to pay for returning it & the return could not go to California where it shipped from, you have to pay to ship it to China!

I am 85 yrs. Old and must buy all my clothes on line. I ordered the wrong size and couldn't get help to pack and return the order. Well it is now well beyond the 15 days... soooo, write it off along with ZoLucky.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
