Bought two what they call sweatshirts however are more like shirts. The quality was poor and the material was also very low grade. Glad it was inexpensive because I threw both items out. No sense returning as there was nothing Id exchange them for and getting a refund seems like a major hassle.

So far, Zolucky did not do anything to solve my problem. They contacted me saying they would reimburse me but only after I deleted my review. This is not how things are done! It's clear that they had no intention of reimbursing anything.

Besides the poor quality of their products, they are not reliable.

I am giving one star because I can't give less. On the website, the shirts seem so beautiful: dressing well, beautiful stamps and the description of the product I bought said 100% cotton. However, I was extremely disappointed because I bought two shirts for myself and one as a gift for a friend but there is no way I am wearing or giving anything as a gift. The fabric is a very cheap synthetic material and the stamps, really? They are very pathetically horrible stamped. I mean you could wear them to stay at home if they were comfy, which they are not, but wearing such horrible products, no way!

Shipping is expensive and it took forever to receive the items.

I emailed a few times with no resolve. Every time I inquire they give me the same tracking #'s that has not updated since March 30th. I placed an almost $200.00 order with them.

Starting to think this is a scam! I asked at what point are my packages considered lost in transit and give me a refund? They will not refund me while the packages are in transit... what if they never show up as it has been almost 4 weeks. They offered me a $5.00 coupon as being a valued customer, seriously? Like I would ever order from them again!

I bought several items. The order took weeks to arrive. The clothing items were not what I ordered. The shirt is the WORST fabric ever. I wouldn't dream of wearing it. Then... trying to return the item? You have to mail it to Guangzhou, China at your own cost. They offer 15% cash refund instead... I said give me the refund and I'll remove the review. They said for me to remove my review first and they will give me 30% back. I told them they are untrustworthy and I would not remove it first. I said I will chalk the purchase up as a loss and continue writing bad reviews every chance I get. What a waste. The fabric is awful. Pictures are not what they send. DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRICES! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER!
