Long wait for the order to arrive, the sizing of the women's top are wrong. I ordered size small on some and they were huge in the shoulders and sides. One top I ordered was a medium and you could fit a moose in it. It was not worth sending it back as I would have to pay for the shipping. The stitching was irregular and cheap. The jewelry pictures with stones looked bigger in the picture and when the earrings arrived they were small and cheap looking. I will never order again from this company.

1st: You should know if you want to return something you must pay for shipping back to CHINA, which will cost more than anything you purchased.
2nd: The 3 clothing items I purchased said it was a cotton blend. Because I have been buying material for 50 years now I can tell you that the only cotton that might be in their product was the thread. I emailed them back and fourth about 5 times asking for a specific breakdown of the % of cotton, and other materials in their blend, because I am allergic to nylon and their consistent response was look on the label or the web page (they say cotton blend).
3rd: you should know they will not allow people to leave reviews on their site about their products. A sure sign of a company that has NO INTEGRITY.
4th: If you say you want to return your product and they then inform you it must go back to China (this is not explained on their website only that you pay for return shipping and the items actually ship to you from CA) they make you a cash offer of 15% of your original cost (that is a scam). The % went up the more times I emailed them with different questions. I did not take the offer, Because I am waiting on a case with the BBB.
5th The items they sent me did not look like the photos on the website (which looked like quality products). The quality of their products are so low I can not even donate it to good will, because even the poorest person in Dallas wears a better quality of clothing!

It's ridiculous now the dresses keep coming. Zolucky keeps sending me dresses now. I don't want them and returning them all. Totally dissatisfied. And please stop sending me dresses. Ordering from Zoology is a nightmare. Cancel any and all orders left previously in cart, but they keep sending me emails about left items despite cary showing empty. Please stop sending me merchandise zolucky. I'm returning all dresses for a full refund because I"m totally dissatisfied with your merchandise and company. The dresses aren't advertised properly, cheaply made and overpriced and measured incorrectly via sizing chart arms aren't remeasured to scale. I'd be afraid to wash them because they are so poorly and cheaply made totally unacceptable.

1 - you can not return because they want you to return items to CHINA
This is from the email they sent me on returning items:
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China"
"the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return
charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our
return center receives and inspects the return package. "
"Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial
return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve
this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the
item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
2 - Half of my items have still not arrived, so if I return items one at a time it will cost
a fortune, but you only have 7 days to return. And there is not guarantee they will
refund your money when they do receive it, in CHINA.
3 - products are made of the flimsiest materials!
3 - freight is very, very, very slow and comes in one item at a time.
