The fabrics described as Linen were Polyester or Cotton. No linen. The blouses were flimsy and poor fitting. The blue jeans were poor quality, poor fitting, nothing like that pictured. The shoes are the best value, but again poorly made and not sized well. Very disappointed. And to return you pay shipping to China. Buyer Beware! This company should be prevented from doing business in this fashion.

Zolucky is a horrific place Do Not be fooled by the lower prices... The clothes are sub-standard, they do not look like the pictures, and I received a pair of shoes both left feet. They are located in China and if you want to return anything you have to pay the shipping and customs fees and they not only notify you of this when you ask to return the item but offer to save you the trouble by giving you %15 of the price you paid for the item to be spent on their site. When I asked them what they would do about the shoes because what they did was crooked since the shoes were unwearable, they sent me an email asking for pictures of the shoes... which I sent post haste and they refused the pictures stating that they could not receive an email that large. It was two separate emails one with two pics and the second only one pic. DO NOT SHOP THIS SITE!

I love this online clothing store, everything I have bought is always quality, and they also have excellent customer service.
This is the first review I have written for anything, ever! I am usually fairly tolerant of minor mishaps, but in this case I was disappointed in quite a few ways and want to warn others. When I look at my credit card statement, the line item was paid to a company called 'ChicV UK Limited' which upon further investigation seems to be linked to other poor quality clothing scams under various brands.
FYI, I bought the 'Casual Printed Outerwear' and the 'Vintage Printed Longsleeve Outerwear' back in February and gave away the clothes immediately after trying them on, as they were so awful, so sorry - no pics.
Here are the details.
1. Poor fitting. Despite my careful efforts to use the zolucky sizing charts, the clothing was way too big.
2. Horribly poor quality and terribly cut material. I have never felt anything so flimsy and which 'hangs' so poorly.
3. Return policy was ridiculous. I would have had to pay for the shipping back to China. It's as if 'ZoLucky/ChicV' whoever they are, know that there would be too many returns unless they made it really hard to do so!
I am baffled about how the other reviews are so high. Maybe the clue was in the price. I guess you get what you pay for. In this case... NOT a bargain, just terrible product.

I received an email that the shorts from this website were already available. As soon as I saw the email I jumped on the website and bought a pair. They are my favorite shorts for training. The 7/8 length was my favorite before I bought them. The website is easy to navigate, the sizes are the same on all the roaps and my favorite part is that the skirts and shorts have pockets.
There is no customer service. I made repeated requests for a return address and return authorization. I never received a reply.

You list the tops I bought with long sleeves, but the picture shows 3/4 sleeve length.
I couldn't believe how quickly I received my beautiful sweater. They informed me of the status of the shipment every step of the way. And my sweater is so beautiful, with lovely designs, and so warm and soft that I just want to wrap it up and hug it all the time! This is the worse crap clothing I've ever seen. They are taking pictures of legitimate site's items and then shipping materials with the photo look alike printed on them. Customer service stated I had to ship the items back to their company in CHINA at my cost and they would refund me the difference! I stated I would donate the items rather than incur more cost than they were worth! They offered me 15% back since I was unsatisfied with product!. I had to give them 1 star just to post this. No better than SCAMMERS. Cost me $161.00 to learn a lesson not to trust what you see in a photo v. s. what you really get.

I was very excited to buy their clothes, but when it all arrived NOTHING was as depicted. Ι received this cheap-looking, not even close to the photo on the store clothes. This company doesn't deliver what it posts on its site.

I love this online boutique. I have shopped twice this month and have loved it each time, my new dress is even better than the photo on the website, very reasonable prices and excellent service, I chose a fantastic way to buy clothes. I recommend Lilicloth with all my heart.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
