I received my order 7 weeks later. One pair of the shoes was not what i ordered and both pair were so cheap, they were stuck together The stones looked like they were hot glued on the sandal and the look of the garments are NOTHING like the picture, THE COLORS WERE FADED LOOKING WITH VERY CHEAP FABRICS POOR POOR QUALITY! Don't understand how they are allowed to do business. Those good reviews must be from personal friends I WROTE THEM 9 TIMES GOT MY CREDIT AND TRASHED THE JUNK! THEY SHIPPED ME

BUYER BEWARE,,,, Ordered several items from their website, thinking the product appeared very well designed and of high quality. Was I ever wrong, the items are NOTHING like the photos, extremely cheap materials and workmanship.
When I attempted to return the items, even through the items shipped from San Francisco, CA, was told I had to ship back to China, pay for shipping, customs etc.
Items were returned January 15,2021; as of April 25,2021 have NOT received refund.
This is a SCAM product / Company from China...

Do NOT purchase anything from the website. The quality and appearance of the material is JUNK. It's equivalent to shopping at the dollar store. Their clothes do not look like they do online. It's totally different when you get it. Very disappointing!

Not what I ordered

So disappointed, ordered 2 blouses that were suppose to be bright colors and textured material. Took 3 months to get, to find out they were colored to look like what I ordered on flat non textured material. Very ugly. To send back I had to pay shipping charges to China. Will never order from them again.

First time ordering clothing over internet. Purchased two dresses from Zolucky and they did not fit even though I ordered one size larger than usual. I could not find a return address and so contacted customer service. They responded by telling me that it would cost $49 contract for that information. They also state that you can NOT return to the address on the package label. I paid $50 for the dresses and am not about to lose another $50 to get a return address. Obviously a China product and company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. SCAM.

I don't know where all the positive reviews come from, but their products took over a month to be received and looked absolutely nothing like pictured. The pictures showed nice cottony materials and in reality looked like vinyl tablecloths and the colors were off. For the price, I didn't have really high expectations, but this is unacceptable! Bait & Switch to the extreme!

The package arrives very quickly, everything is correct and as requested. The prices are consistent, they also make discounts worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that I would try to improve. It is sometimes difficult to find the right size on the internet, but here I had no problem.

I have paid extra to have my order shipped with in 3-5 days. It's been a week and I still don't have it. It shows 1 out of my 3 items have been shipped but it won't let me track it. They are quick to take my money but not process and ship my order. The other 2 items still say preparing for shipment.
