FRUSTRATING! If by chance you hate the item you selected (they are far, far different than what appears on the photos) or if they don't fit you, don't expect to receive a return authorization from Zolucky. I've already made 3 return requests, starting the day after I received the items, and still nothing. Below is a sample of the reply I have been receiving from them every single time I make a request for the return authorization:

" FROM ME:
Sat, 04/17/21 1:30 am

Message: I have made several request for an authorization for the return of the two items that were delivered to me under the order above and have not heard back from you. Please send me the authorization as soon as possible for the two items you delivered (there's one pending under the same order.) Thank you!"

"FROM ZOLUCKY ON April 20,2021:
Thanks for visiting our website and sorry that we were not online for your message. We have sent you an email based on your query and please check your email inbox. Please kindly do not reply this ticket.

There is another problem, they mix numbers and letter on their Order ID and print them in such a way that it's almost impossible to read an order number correctly. Hard to tell a 6, from a G, from a 5. See the copy of the order that I attached to this review!

Clothes are cheaply made and not to size. The pictures look lovely but I can't believe the clothes that are sent are the same as what the models are wearing. And they took a month to arrive. Don't waste your time and money.

I received some of the tees I ordered thru Zolucky. This was my first order. I found that the sizes on the tees were inconsistent. One brand fit well and the other I couldn't even get over my breasts! All the same size. I don't see any way to know what brand it is when you order it so I will not be ordering anymore. Also they are coming at different times and you only have 15 days to return. Don't want all the individual shipping costs to return.

The clothes are poorly made with low grade fabrics. The pictures are definitely prettier than what is received. Sizing is all over the place with no uniformity. When something arrived broken, they initially offered to give me a 30% refund, when I refused, they asked me to take a 50% refund. They finally agreed to 100% refund, and even after processed, my refund was 90%. Recommend avoiding.

I do not understand why this "company" has that reviews. The quality of the items are very poor. Take months for delivery. If you want to return the merchandise you have to pay for shipping, or they offer to give you some % of the total payment. Now if you want to send an e-mail you have to wait for the respond the next day because here is USA is the day when in China is night because is in the other side of the world.
But the worst of all is that they do not understand your concern and always give you the same answer!

Beware on Returns

They are located in China so if you need to return something, you pay the shipping, they don't refund the original shipping charges. They do let you keep the item for a 40% refund so you basically lose 75% of what you paid. Never ordering from them again. Shoes received were extremely poor quality. Didn't look anything like the pictures. Nd they didn't respond to my email following their return policy. I had to file a complaint thru PayPal.

The best customer service, extremely happy I made a clothing purchase online here and it was very easy to find what I was looking for. Very easy to use and navigate website. Delivery says 15 business days. It arrived in less than two weeks. Very professional packaging. The dress was even better than I imagined and of very good quality. I will definitely be back for more clothes. And I will definitely tell all my friends and family to dress up in 10/10 fashion!

Zolucky has a creative business model. Clothes on the site appear to be premiere quality materials and products. Actual clothing is inexpensive Cotten prints and sizes are incorrect. All items are shipped out of China. Shipping takes about 1-3 months. You are not able to return any of these items. I paid $90 in returns which are held in China customs since February. I lost $400 on my experience with clothes that were unsuitable to wear... be wary.
