It's been a month since I placed an order for 7 dresses. So far I have received 4 of the 7 dresses and they aren't anything like the pics and quality is poor. Not worth cost and headache. Will not purchase anything from so lucky again.
I did not have a problem ordering the products. I liked the variety of items to choose from.
I wish you could change the quantity of the product once it's in the cart, but I could fine anything to change it.
Great selection of clothing you don't see anywhere else
2 of the item I received did not look like the picture online nor was material near what it looked like.
The dress I ordered looked exactly like denim in the picture. The material was a thin cheap silky fabric. The same with a top I bought.
I tried to return the items but Zolucky return policy is so complicated. In addition it practically says they may never receive the package, if they do then it may take a very long time to receive your credit. Additionally you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
I guess Zolucky relies on 1st time customers because I am sure they do not get repeat customers.

How to edit the quantity of items:
Go to the cart-- Click"CHECKOUT”-- Click " Return to cart” in the left side (No need to fill in the address first) -- Then you can increase or reduce the items.
Every item has its own size. We recommend you use “Size chart “ to better determine your ideal size, because sizing varies between our items.
”Size Chart” with detailed product measurements is included on each product page.
Be sure to check the measurements provided online for each dress advertised as comparing them to yours to insure a better fit.

This was a pop-up and I thought my daughter would like it-cute blouse. I ordered her one and myself the same blouse different size and color-mine is a bit tight, not sure about her's yet.
This was a pop-up ad and I just wandered in-found a cute top for my daughter for Mother's Day and of course several things for me as well!
The money was taken out immediately. The product never came between the dates emailed to me originally. They had to RESEND... this time I received the product in a week!.

So Far So Good. Fit is good and color too. The customer service is good also. If you are in between sizes in tops. I suggest you order a size up.

The quality of the clothes here is very good, the measurements and sizes are correct, besides that the clothes and shoes they have are not found in the physical stores of my city and that seems a plus, since you can buy clothes on the internet at a very affordable and economical price.

The sizes run super small. The company is in China. They don't tell you that. When everything runs too small you should know in advance YOU have to pay to Ship it to China including customs costs. Also, your credit card gets charged foreign fees. They don't tell you that either. My order was split up into three shipments. Once I realized how small everything ran, I cancelled future pending orders. They returned half the price. I told them don't ship the rest. They shipped it anyway. Of course it did not fit. They definition of NAVY is really grey. The materials are really cheap and poorly made. Buy American or at least a company you can return to in your own country. Be forewarned they are made based on Asian body sizes not American. Their medium is a small in the USA. Poor customer service. Don't waste your money you will be disappointed.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
