Didn't like the fact that I never got a confirmation email regarding my purchase.
Wasn't easy to track the whereabouts of my order.
Took almost a month to receive my orders
Also products run on the small side.

Even one star is a lot! Ordered clothes and shoes. Only shoes arrived after almost 2 months. Still waiting for the clothes. Shoes are wrong size as they are much much smaller than the actual size, so I requested to return them. I was then informed I have to ship them to CHINA (!) because the facilities are there and have to pay both for shipping costs and customs. Alternatively, they said they could provide a 5$ refund for me to use in order to order the shoes again!

Shipping is way too much!
Took forever to get it. The fabric is more like Rayon/Poly. Description said it is made from Cotton/Linen. Very unlikely to order from this site again.

Very thin material... more than a month to receive... will not order again

The shipping and price are reasonable, each blouse has been exactly as the picture shows, texture and print very well and good quality.

I wanted to find cotton or cotton blend tees. Had to open every description, since that's not a sortable option. Very pretty shirts. I did end up buying a few.

Ordered two tops from Zolucky for my wife. In the process of ordering I mistakenly made an error in the address. My mistake. When I tried to change the delivery address... I was told I needed to do that through UPS. But by the time I got to them... it was being returned to the sender. Instead of offering me the opportunity to pay for a 2nd shipping... they told me that I needed to take a refund for 30%. Screw them! They are the worst company in the 21st century. They all want to be Amazon or Ebay... but they are a bunch of small minded small time operators. So buyer beware!

I wish you'd give rear views, also. Sizing info was confusing.

Shipping price is too high.
It is higher than other shipping prices on the internet

Have learned my lesson about ordering something without seeing it.

I have been in touch with company who is very helpful on getting my refund on the clothes I am not keeping. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Great online shopping experience. I found some summer shirts that my sister wanted, I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Tops are cheaply made and not all true to size. The clothing doesn't look in actuality like the pictures in the ads.

The payment option was not working well. It took several tries to pay for my merchandise and I would have preferred not to use paypal.

DO NOT BUY. Cheap, badly made & smells.
Items returned still stuck in customs so I never got credit. SCAM.
Zolucky lies. I did respond to them. They just kept my money.

I ordered 2 tops both in medium. One was way too tight and the other one was a little big but I will wear it. I considered sending them both back until I found out that I would have to pay to return them to China. The shipping cost would be probably be more than the tops originally cost me.

It took a month to receive three shirts and a pair of shorts. I originally ordered a dress also, as a gift for someone. I finally canceled the dress because I was told it would not arrive for another couple of weeks and the occasion for the dress would be over. I am hoping to see my refund for the dress, soon.

I have not worn my new shoes yet, but they are much lighter than most I have. They feel comfortable and fit perfectly.

Clothes fit poorly - and are much bigger than stated size.
BIGGEST PROBLEM: CANNOT return, as have to pay postage to send to China.
Very very disappointing :). .
Update and credit to Zolucky: They refunded 55% of my money (They refused to give me any more than that.), so I am upgrading them to 2 stars.
