It seems to be very easy to shop, I will let you know overall when I get my items and the length of time I have to wait.

I wish some had regular shirt type collars. At my senior age I don't normally wear
Open top blouses but what I ordered I will wear often. My shopping experience with you was just fine. Everything I needed to know was right on the computer screen.

Nothing about the product looks like the website. I am very unhappy with the product. The items did not look like the pictures. The sizes were way off. To make matters worse, you are only allowed 15 days (entirely too short) to return them. I contacted the folks to make the return only to find out that with the costs associated with the return the let me know it would cost as much to send them back as I would get. Really bad. I will never buy from them again. The pictures looks so good that it is nothing but deceptive.

They lie about their return policy. They say, "you pay return shipping" and then turn around and say, "you pay return shipping, customs and any discount we apply. Best if you take a 15% credit from us." I received a damaged, heavily stained sweatshirt and a pair of pants with no hem. They say, "Well, some loose threads are normal. If normal in their opinion is NO hem and POOR quality, you don't want to shop here.

I bought several clothes from this website. One long skirt, 3 long dresses. Everyone has a perfect fit. Your clothing line is fabulous.

I expressed my discontent with Zolucky, and they reached out to me immediately to resolve my complaint. I appreciate this company for putting customer service first, and truly do so!

My first time buying from the site and was looking forward to receive my order. It turns out wrong color was shipped and they wanted a picture of tracking, product outside the bag and inside the bag. In my whole online purchase experience, this is the worst product return experience. I guess you can never compare to Amazon, Macy's, Sephora, Walmart, Sasa, etc or any online companies. By the way, the actual product vs picture is a huge difference besides the wrong color. The dresses that I bought in this online boutique are well made. I have two that I have had for months. They will never go out of style, and if you take care of them, they will last for many years. I just bought another dress today, I hope it is as good as the previous ones.

Absolutely NOTHING in this order is consistent with either the photos on the site catalogue or the descriptions. It is cheap junk. The dress patterns are not a match. The material is so very flimsy it could not make it through a single wash. It is NOT a cotton blend it is synthetic. The shoes are MUCH too large for a size 9 and seem to be made of paper. The shopping bag is not strong enough to carry tissue. I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality and the extraordinary delivery delay. We submitted a full return claim immediately today. They now demand exchanges be shipped to China!

I only liked one of the T-shirts the other one was really very cheesy looking and cheap looking. I wish I could send it back because I don't like it!

My online shopping experience was great here, I'll put it on my favorites list, I was surprised by the free shipping offers. Overall this was the best shopping experience I could ask for. I would recommend this website to anyone :)

I was so excited about my purchase. The clothing was NOTHING like the photographs. The fabric was like a picture of the actual fabric. A shirt looked like a second grader drew it. Jewelry was fine, BUT THE REST WAS GARBAGE.

The shirt I ordered is beautiful and it fits me well. The moment I am satisfied, I will buy from this online boutique again.

Shopped threw many pages. Ordered product April 27 2021 $149.00. STILL NO PRODUCT. No reply from zolucky. No phone numbers to contact this company. Reading thru post - seem like could be scam. VERY unprofessional.

A wide variety of interesting clothing. First time shopping this site. Takes almost a month to receive your order. Ridiculous
