I always wear sports shirts and it was great to find one in my size that was available. Many online stores allow you to order and pay before they tell you it is out of stock and not to wait for several weeks, but not this one. If I put something in my cart and it is not in stock yet, let me know before paying. The one I chose was in stock and shipped very fast. Their website is easy to use because you could search by brand or size which is great.
Shipping is too expensive. It was as much as the dress that I ordered.
I found that the shirts were not any where near as long as they looked in the photos. I think some of the material looks cheap. They don't look high quality in person as they do in the photos
T-shirts were ordered as large. They were equivalent to a adult small. Return policy ridiculous. We gave shirts away. Never again.

I wish I had read bad reviews here first before spending over $120 for clothes I can't wear and don't want to pay to return. Only 1 top fits and the color looks like it bled and does not look like the ad. The top of the really long boho dress doesn't stretch and cannot fit over my bra. The pants are really tight. Still waiting to receive 4 items out of 9 I ordered. I will donate things to Goodwill.

So disappointed in my purchases! The T-shirt sewn-in tag said it was a small, but was more like an ill-fitting dress. Bottom of armholes near my waist, shoulder seams four inches below my shoulders. The shirt with world map was printed in mirror image. Should have read the return policy before ordering. Return address in China and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Zolucky's alternative was to offer a 15% refund. Sending inferior, cheaply made products and keeping 85%. Scam!

Blouse was exactly what I expected as I was searching the internet for the same item similar to one I already have.
Shopping experience easy and quick. Delivery took way too long. Product wasn't anywhere like the blouse that was pictured. Description described it as a cotton blend. It was not. To return or exchange the directions were too difficult.
I recently wrote a review on an order that the vendor said I received on June 1st but never did. I'm happy to say that the order was received on June 13.
Very bad service and terrible assistance customer care.
They don't wanto to resolve the problem and don't support the client to found the goods.
Embarrassing refund proposal. There is no full refund of the amount paid, although the goods never arrived at their destination

Every time I place an order from this online boutique, I am always amazed by the clothes and their quality! I always order a lot when shopping because everything surprises me!
One of the two dresses I ordered (size small) turned out to be huge and looked more like an X-large. The other dress which was the same size fit well and I love it! What I do not like about this online merchant is the delivery time. It took exactly a month from the order date for me to receive the dresses. I am getting ready to return the large dress (which states small on the label), so I hope the return goes smoothly.

I love the dresses; however, I'm a first time customer and do not know how these will actually fit me, so I cannot give a thorough review until I receive the dresses. One suggestion is to have to length posted for all dresses as some did not have them. If the dresses are petite it should state petite in the description

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
