Amazing website even for a person with chronic anxiety like me. My sister also bought here without problems, she loved it, she has amazing clothes and there is a better chance that it will fit me (I am SMALL, but my hips are a bit bigger), usually almost nothing fits me. I was surprised by the free shipping offers. Overall this was the best online shopping experience you could ask for. I would recommend this site to anyone :)
Although this company ships from a distribution point in California, if u have to return something, they will make you ship it back to CHINA at your expense!

The quality is disappointing. The length of the dress is too short.
I received most of my orders, still missing two items. Delivery takes awhile but it's coming from China so expect this. I ordered all clothing as size Large. Two of the 6 were way smaller than the others so i requested instructions on how i can do to return them as there is nothing in any of the delivery packages but the clothing.
I receive an email that states i will be responsible for all shipping charges/custom fees, etc. for the return.

The shirts in the photos are made to look like they are long and will hang half way or past the butt cheeks, they are just below the waistline. It took over a month to receive my whole order! The last two items I had to inquire why it took so log. The last item was sewn so poorly that there is a hole in it.
I do not want to return the item because I DO NOT want to work with this company EVER again!
Not to mention I placed 1 order and was bombarded with 30 advertising e-mails BEFORE I received my order.
I will not put my order number in because I DO NOT want any respond from the company, I will never do any business with them again! If it is filtered out because of it's negativity, this company is not legitimate.

I bought several items from Zolucky end of March for a trip in April. They arrived after my trip, but no matter I like the items except for 1 dress that didn't fit. I followed procedure to get return authorization for the dress.
Authorization promised within 48 hours. It never came. I waited. Repeated the process and waited again. No authorization came. Ever. I emailed customer service and have yet to get a reply. Be careful of this company. They have lost my business.

I was overwhelmed and overjoyed when looking on line at the great selections! Upon ordering them and receiving the items, my joy turned to sadness. The poor quality was one factor as well as the poor fit. I wanted to return each item but was told that I would have to cover the cost of the return to China! Customer Service department appeared sympathetic and offered me a small percentage off my next offer. I chose to cancel my returns and donate the items to charity.
Don't buy from this company. If you need to return, you have to return to China! False advertising! I order a shirt and a dress that turned out to be too small. When I requested to return I was told I had to return to China!
My advise, don't order from this company!

I would suggest you turn your computer off rather than be suckered into the flash ads from ZOLUCKY! I ordered a couple of hundred dollars worth of clothing from the company. I received it at least a month after I ordered it. Not one piece of clothing fit properly. The tops were ill proportioned and the pants would have fit a giant. I neatly refolded everything, all ready to return to the company. When I went on line to find the return address it was suggested that rather than send the clothes back I accept a 15 percent credit and have the clothes altered. I replied that was not an acceptable alternative and that I wanted to return the clothes for a full credit. I have tried to reach the company now for the last 2 weeks and have had no response. I wish I had read the reviews of the company before I ordered. Disreputable company BEWARE!

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
