Yesterday we received my daughter's dress and it looks like a glove. It is so beautiful and will look awesome for your formal party. Thank you. We are very happy to have found your website, since it has eliminated the worry of looking for it.
When received dress the fit was NOTHING like the picture. From all reviews it would not be advantageous for me to try and get my money back since everyone says it will be expensive for shipping back to CHINA. I should have researched this company better since it looks like they are under a couple different names. Quality is lacking in the cheap materials and fit.

They have clothes with very nice designs and cheaper than in many stores. This time I ordered a swimsuit and it arrived perfect, thank you very much.
TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE! Will never shop with this company again! Took 22 days to arrive, product is so cheaply made I will not even wear it. I didn't even think about sending it back for a refund because of the length it took to get it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered tops. Took forever to get. None of them looked ANYTHING like the photo (colors were not even close and shapes were WAY off). Customer service is horrible. I returned the first part of order, they would not refund me. Wanted to return 2nd part but they made it insanely difficult. I disputed charge with my bank and can not get it reversed. I paid for clothes that I do not have and ones that I will NEVER wear. False advertisement, I recommend saving your money and sanity. After this initial review, I was told by Zolucky that removing it would "encourage" them to better serve me. They offered a lousy 30% refund and said I could keep the shirts. 30% for 3 items that were ALREADY returned and the rest that I will never wear.

I ordered two dresses from this company and they were totally nothing like what I ordered and they were knit when was supposed to be a denim with white lace and the other muscles to be a cotton now they want me to send it back why do I need to send things back when I get it wrong

Amazing service, I reviewed the reviews before ordering since I had never heard of the company before and decided to try. I received an email thanking me for buying them and my item arrived in a few days! I will buy again.

I ordered a dress and 2 bags. The dress came first, but was not what I ordered. The dress was supposed to be a cotton blend, but was clearly polyester and a cheap imitation of what was pictured. I tried to contact you and get the code for sending it back, but I kept getting a message that said the number to return was wrong. So, I sent it back with a note explaining that I wanted a refund. The two bags are ok.

This is my first time and I hope that I won't be sorry. I am very unhappy with the dress. It was not true to size and the color online looked like a nice yellow but was not yellow in person.

Product was what I expected. The only frustrating thing is that shipping takes longer than most. If you need something right away you may want to shop more.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds. They are not a legitimate business, but no regulations in China is my guess. Buyer Beware! Shop Elsewhere!
