Very expensive delivery and foods are not like at photo. Im experienced buyer throughout Internet, and it's my first bad experience with so big difference between photo in shop and thing what I have got. I'm very very disappointed

I ordered 4 items; one was never received, two need to be returned, one will be kept. I followed the steps to request a return; I never received a response even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. (I'm typing this a week+ later) When I tried to contact them again via the link from the original email order confirmation, I was not only unsuccessful, but the confirmation email seems to have disappeared from my mailbox completely! (Not in Inbox, Trash, Spam, etc.) HOW VERY SUSPICIOUS!
Chat tells me I have 3 options, get 30% refund, 30% credit, or return items. 30% of purchase price seems so much like a scam so I opted for returning items. They SAY they're sending me a Return Authorization but I have yet to receive it. But from what I gather reading other reviews, it looks like I have to return the items to CHINA which one reviewer said cost $90! That's 3x more than the items are worth.
As for quality, all dresses were exceedingly LONG, as if all non-Chinese are 5'10". The cotton dress I can easily hem so I'm keeping it. The two dresses I'd like to return are supposed to be knee length but hit the floor. They were very polyester-y feeling as well. Yuck. Guess these dresses will go to Goodwill...

I was charged for 'expedited' shipping which I didn't request. The sites explanation of what constitutes 'expedited' delivery was unsatisfactory so I was out $30 +. I will not order again in spite of my satisfaction with the products.

So far I am completely satisfied with the quality of the products I have received. The fit is great.
Easy purchase methods on website.I received all my items. Clothes fit. I was very careful when ordering that my measurements matched the the webs sizes.
I didn't read the return policy in case this item doesn't fit…
Was surprised by the return policy. Have found other vendors much easier to make returns.

Lots of choices and some pretty stuff. Frustrating in the sizing different from most places. Even though I put in specific sizes the system did not narrow down my choices so I could only see what is available in my size. The things I ordered and received in an very timely manner are very nice with compliments abound.

Shoes were made out of foam. Also wrong color. Also sent European size 41 and I wear 39. Bra was suppose to be 3X and was so small it could fit a 10 year old kid. I did not receive one item at all. I filled out return form on line and got a message they would respond in 24 hrs. No response. Called them and they gave me a crazy address to mail it to. I paid over $14 to return it and have not received a refund. I think they should be banned in the United States. Just junk from China.

Nice web site, cart functions well. Cannot tell from web site that items are shipped from China. Order took a really long time to arrive. One item was not in stock, but the price was not updated online. So it looked wrong and was annoying. Email inquiries were slow and hit or miss. Final bill was accurate. We got a charge for $1.05 from our credit card company for ordering from a foreign country (which we had no idea we were doing.) Products are nice.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
