Made an online purchase back in January and have yet to receive the present for my gf's birthday. Called and left 2 messages and sent numerous emails only to be reassured that it takes 4-6 weeks from the time I placed my order until I receive it. Well it's been 9 weeks and still nothing.
I purchased a sweater from Zoe's Loft and it took a very long time to arrive. I had not known that it was being shipped from China. Once it arrived I found that it wasn't a sweater at all. It was a sweatshirt made of very cheap and stiff fabric. The Zoe's Loft website reviews are quite obviously fake and they did not post my poor review. I will be taking care to research clothing websites that I haven't before heard of before I purchase from them.
