I ordered 2 necklaces in August, then noticed that they drafted my bank account a month later for $14.99, I found out that this is some sort of membership that I had no idea I signed up for. I canceled the membership but didn't get a refund. I don't care for companies who have sneaky under handed ways like that. No more Zoe's loft for me.
I got scammed by this company who uses Christianity to take your money for a digital membership which I never knew about or how to access. Purchased necklaces from them never saw anything about a membership. I will be turning this company in to my state representative. These companies should be punished!
Do not order from theis company. I ordered from them 1 time in August and they continued to charge me. I caught the charge through my bank and found out they chaefed me in September as well. When you purchase anything from them, they will automatically charge you for a VIP MEMBERSHIP which is 14.99 per month. Total scam! I called and spoke to a representative and he said that i signed up for the membership which I DID NOT and I told him to remove it and Don't charge me any further. Well they charged me ANYWAY and I had to get ugly with them. I got my refund back FINALLY! I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I didn't realize until 3 months after I placed an order that money was being deducted from my account. I called Zoe's Loft - customer service located in the Philippines - who advised me that I signed up for the VIP program. I assured her I would not have knowingly agreed to that. Said they will cancel membership but will not refund money. Will NEVER order from them again.
Bought a necklace and this company charged me a membership fee. No where was it stated we have to pay a membership fee to buy their Christian necklace! Very upset
Ordered one $20 necklace and for the last 4 months I've been charged $12 for nothing. Have left email request to stop but nothing. California lunatics at it again. Can not be trusted. FAILURE.

My purchase was fine. But, it took over 2 months to receive. And, then, like everyone else I started getting charged the monthly membership fee for their Digital Catalog. I don't even pay that much for a normal paper magazine subscription. Usually you don't pay for catalogs. And, yes, I too did not read the fine print. Boy was I mad. I let the young man know that they really shouldn't be so sneaky. If it's worth the monthly fee - state it clearly.
I will NEVER purchase from this site again. Buyer beware!

Yes, I am also one of the purchasers that bought the FAITH necklace. The purchase went through fine but checking my bank balance this morning noticed that there was a PAYPAL charge for $12.47 that I did not authorize! Shame on me for not checking the reviews, shame on Paypal for letting an unauthorized purchase go through and shame on Zoe's Loft for scamming people! I will never purchase from them again. Jury is still out if Paypal refunds this or not...
Hidden checked box for monthly membership fee. Refused to refund! Cancelled the membership but no way to refund she said. She admitted I wouldn't have noticed the box already checked!
I ALWAYS try to read reviews for placing an order online - even if it's from AMAZON but sure didn't this time! I love the Faith necklace but just like everyone else I have been fighting to get this $12.47 off my debit card and to STOP charging it each month!
I guess I will just have to get a new card number? I don't know what else to do - to get them to stop charging it!

Like others have stated, this company will be charging your credit card monthly without your permission until you make them stop. Rip off under the guise of being a Christian based company. Shame!
On top of the monthly membership fee they charge you to access their so-called free merchandise site, the Faith necklace is cheap and didn't last. They don't remind you that you have a membership so you won't know until you start seeing the charges on your credit card. Very deceptive.
Read the fine print. I bought 1 necklace because it looked nice and I wanted to check it out. I was not aware that in buying that 1 item they would sign me up for a membership that costs 12.47 a month. I was charges 3 months before I realized they were taking money from me. I called and asked them to cancel whatever it was they were charging me for and return the money that is currently pending on my bank acct. They said I signed up for a membership and they would cancel that but would not issue a refund for the money currently pending. I'm going to have to cancel my card because I don't trust them!
I wish I can give them a zero star I ordered a beautiful necklace from Zoe's Loft I never heard from them once I received the order confirmation I had to send them an email asking when was I going to receive the necklace. Then weeks later it came. BUT that's not the worse part the worse part is after I paid for my necklace in May they continued to charge my cars for some stupid recurring membership they created! WHICH I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR! They are a scam beware and do not order from these aholes!
It took MONTHS to get my order delivered & then I noticed a recurring debit to my account! I've demanded they return all the money they've stolen from me.
