Tee Bryant was absolutely terrific. I needed to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't pay for services I didn't need and she had me taken care of within 5 minutes! Everything was so easy and she was very friendly. I'll be using ZipRecruiter again someday and I'll be glad to do so because of people like Tee.

I've been burned in the past by "free trials" and wanted to make sure I completely understood the terms.
So I went to their live chat support. I was connected to Stacia M. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.

I wanted to compliment the customer service representative that helped me today from Zip-recruiter.
Her name is Tee Bryant and she was so helpful and patient. I needed to know more about the Resume Database and she explained it so very well and she made sure that I did not get off the phone until all my questions and concerns were taken care of completely! Thank you Tee for being so patient and kind!
My account rep was out of the office today, so I called customer service and spoke to Tara. She was able to answer all my questions and help me through the maze of having 2 postings in multiple locations for 6 available jobs, plus my being a first-time Ziprecruiter user! Thanks to Tara, my day is going much better now!

I received fantastic help from Tee this afternoon. She explained everything I needed to know and did not rush through our conversation. Working with her was a grand experience. I explained to her that the way I was assisted in writing the Posting we only received Resumes from over qualified people and I was requesting a credit for this month and putting my account on hold. Being new to recruiting online Ziprecruiter has been great to work with. They have an amazing support team to help even a neophyte like myself. They coached me through setting up the listings then when I've had questions I was lucky enough to get Stacia M (both times so far) to help me. She does great at figuring out what I'm trying to ask and helping me figure out the solution. At this rate with her help I'm actually going to get good at this.
