Although we had to open a service ticket, Erika was very attentive to my needs, researched the problem, validated my concerns, followed up on screen-grabs I sent her and initiated a fix to the issue.

Erika was great with helping to explain the charges and figure out that we were charged a full month extra. She was able to understand, explain and resolve the issue at hand quickly. So again, Erika is great and is an example of what customer service should be.

Tatianna answered my question quickly and showed me some additional options. I am glad for the assistance. I am pleased at the traffic we have had on our posting and the number of applicants. I like that I can review resumes and message applicants.

And also the representative helped me very kindly on my questions.
I called today because I was having trouble getting logged on in the office to get email from a prospective new employee that her resume fit everything I needed and she stayed on the phone to help me get the message reply from the person I had contacted from the data base. I was treated like I was the only customer in her line to help and I am sure that was not the case. That is unusual in these times
She was REALLY helpful cause I had a convoluted issue and wasn't happy with some disingenuous things done by a sales woman earlier. And barton was very helpful in many regards

I got a quick response from Erika. She answered my question and was very helpful. We just started with the job posting and have already received several resumes.
I called to get help with my first real job ads on Ziprecruiter. After going through about 3 phone prompts I got quickly connected with Maika. She was very helpful with setting up my adds, and I'd definitely want to talk to her again for more help. I would say that I've communicated with several reps from Zip and it seems like I get conflicting advice because they emphasis different areas of the job posting they feel is important.
Katie helped me in my needs and got me taken care of. Found our new hire and background check was easy.
Even though I hired someone locally before I found someone off there site I was very pleased with the candidates I was receiving and the service they provided. The prices were up front and fair. I was especially impressed with my helpful phone conversation with Alice Marie Jimmie, she went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed.

Tara assisted we with some questions and issues I was having with my account. The account manager was not horrible but was not timely in their response and selling me on services I didnt need and we were over paying. Tara helped me out ALOT, she was more transparent and I could tell not just trying to cushion her pocket or Ziprecruiters! I appreciated this greatly, she saved our company money while still meeting our needs for recruitment. She gets 5 stars from me but Ziprecruiter only 4 from being bounced around from acct reps. Our candidate pool was decent in the end.
I called to cancel my account for the time being while I am not hiring and the my representative was so helpful it making this and easy pain free experience! Thank you so much! I will certainly come back to zip recruiter in the future once I have a position that needs to be filled.
I had a problem with my account today and Stacia M was so helpful and understanding. She is terrific! I cannot give her enough compliments. Wonderful customer service. She understood my problem and corrected the issue right away! Ziprecruiter is good as well. Easy to use and understand. Plethora of options to find the right candidates.
