Tanya O'Toole was my representative. I had a few basic questions on navigating through applicants. Tanya was extremely helpful and a pure delight to speak with on the phone. Tanya gave some direction and explanation to my question. Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I received from her. I may just send her an invitation to apply for my customer service position. Tanya is definitely top notch.

They're customer service is very helpful. Tara especially was helpful this time, in giving me a free traffic boost and helping me to refresh my ad. Anytime I have any issue they are extremely helpful, and quick to fix my problems.

Just got off the phone with Stacia M. Not only did she provide great suggestions for how to automate the hiring process, but she looked out for my best interest with survey guidelines and went out of her way to suggest awesome alternative solutions.
Then she listened to me vent for 20 minutes and encouraged it.
If the World was more like Stacia, it would be a better place.
I tried ZipRecruiter for the first time, utilizing the complimentary 5 day option. I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity and the quality of candidates. We have 10 candidates that we will explore next steps with.
We are a small startup company and I don't anticipate any additional hiring needs, so I chose not to pay the monthly subscription. I closed my job posting, but overlooked canceling the membership. I just realized it and phoned customer support to explain the situation. Brittany G was attentive and helpful. After verifying account information, she was able to cancel the membership and activate the process of a refund.

Trial was OK. Service is to expensive to be practical for mom and pop small business. Site works OK and is easy to use. I don't like that they make canceling the trial so hard to find on the site
Tee ( may be mistaken on the spelling) was excellent, efficient, fast, professional and most importantly patient. Excellent customer service, way to go for the promotion! Once again excellent job!

Just posted a job today. I was not getting the candidates I desired. I called Ziprecruiter for help and spoke to Maika. Maika was very helpful and professional. My job posting now looks like I know what I'm doing and all credit goes to Maika!
Tanya O'Toole was a huge help in supporting me as I got familiar with the platform and i had some questions about hiding candidates and making screening questions required.
