Erika assisted in a question about which was superior, to tweak a job title and info in a post or to take the post down and repost.

Tanya O'Toole was wonderful in helping me with my ad. It was so nice to be able speak with someone so pleasant and knowledgeable. She made sure all my questions were answered completely.

Tee Bryant did a great job correcting my issue today. I thought Id be on the phone much longer but she was swift and polite.

I called the support line with a billing concern that was handled very professionally by Tanya. She was friendly, personable, and understanding. Tanya treated me as a valued customer and took care of the issue right away. It was a pleasure to deal with Tanya and I very much appreciate the excellent support that she provided me with regarding our account.

Spoke with Tara yesterday and with Katie today in regards to charges on our account. The issues were quickly and satisfactorily resolved. Both Tara and Katie were professional and very courteous. Katie even sent a link on how to post more successful job ad. My bosses and I are pleased with the service we received.
