Tatianna was very helpful in answering my question about the end date of a job posting. When she misspoke, she quickly acknowledged the mistake, apologized, and corrected herself.

Your agent Shawana is an asset to your company. She helped me with a problem that has been bothering me for a while. I wanted to remove candidates that I had hired off of the candidate page. She helped me through the process and I am very grateful for her help. Kudos to your company for having agents willing to go the extra mile. Also Shawana is extremely friendly which is an asset in a customer service position.

I had difficulty adding my linked in profile URL to my ZipRecruiter profile. Robi was quick to respond and advise how to do this (include http :// before the www). My only question - why should I have to type http :// before the URL? That should be optional or assumed?

The quality of candidates has not been quite up to par. Out of 268 candidates there have only been maybe (6) that were semi qualified for the job. However they have worked hard to assist me with this issue. The customer service representative (Rebecca) did an excellent job in coming up with some helpful recommendations to better assist me in finding better qualified candidates for our company.
