My question was answered quickly and she did a good job. She even added advice that will help me since I am new to Zip recruiter.
Tina was patient and helpful with assisting in resolving my issue today. My ZipRecruiter free trial was ending today but I had yet to have the time to review candidates and she extended the trial. Tina also showed me how to share the job post on social media to get the maximum out of it. Thank you!

The chat feature is very nice and i was able to get help right away from a very helpful rep named Rebecca.
I just recently ended my business with one of your competitors and I am so happy to be with you guys. We will call these rip-offs "Absolutely". When I was with Absolutely they charged me the mouse click on a position and there are different amounts to pay per position. The pay structure is all over the place and its certainly not friendly for small business owners. I couldn't budget and I was afraid to use the services not knowing what to expect in the billing. They finally convinced me to sign up for a program that would allow for me to post 3 positions interchangeably. I agreed and they billed me $505.00 for ONE position that brought 21 resumes. Needless to say I was beyond upset. I tried your trial version and love it. I can budget my fills, work easy with navigating candidates and feel good about posting positions and the price not changing.

I had an issue with my account today, I had to call ZipRecruiter in order to fix the problem. Tanya had taken the time to take care of this for me, and on top of that informed me of all the great features that ZipRecruiter has to offer. I greatly appreciate Tanya's help and suggestions on helping us find the best candidates. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me.
Thomas Ogg in your Tempe, AZ customer service center helped me yesterday with my employer site. He did an outstanding job of walking me through the problems I was having with the site and showed me how I could do additional things within the site.
He made my experience working through a new recruiting system very enjoyable as well as educational. I am certainly glad we chose ziprecruiter to help us expand our operations.
