I found my new job through ZipRecruiter! Consequently, this required my firm to cancel the job posting, which was overlooked. Our account manager was no longer on staff, but Erika helped me to work around the problem, enabling us to complete the process. She also went the extra mile to help me receive a credit for the unused month.
The owner of our firm was pleased with the service received from ZipRecruiter, and will be our go-to for future personnel needs.

I used the Live Chat feature for the first time today in reference to a membership question and was overly impressed with the level of service I received. My question was answered immediately followed by an alternative option to my current plan which allowed me to make a quick decision. The rep made the requested change before I ended the chat session and I was good to go. Don't hesitate to click on that Live Chat button if you have a question!
I struggled to post a job because I hadn't set up my account correctly. I accessed the on-line chat, spoke to Katie who was very responsive and professional and even sent me a link to help me get the most out of my job post. I used the chat feature to inquire about pausing and un-pausing an account. Didn't even have to wait one minute for a representative to assist me. I had the pleasure of chatting with a very polite and knowledgeable rep Tatianna. Tatianna provided me with ALL the info that I needed, with regards to my questions.
