I did a live chat with Tatianna regarding scaling back my subscription to the Hiring Pause level. She took care of it quickly and gave me some good pointers. ZipRecruiter is especially good for smaller firms and recognizes that there are times when hiring is paused.
I called Ziprecruiters Customer service line to ask about the best way to change an ad's Job location without loosing the traffic boost feature and to get canidates from a different area and i got a representative named dejuan, He went ABOVE and beyond and asked me if I had been taking advantage of the resume database feature. I told him "No, I have not because I did not get around to that yet", he asked "If i had time to go through it, its on of the best features" I replied "absolutley", he walked me through how it worked and definetly opened up some great doors to my recruiting strategy and I am very happy that he went so above and beyond. THANK YOU Ziprecruiter and mostly Dejuan!

Text my concern with a post that should have received a trial period
My thinking was it would not be corrected... but robi professionally and quickly acknowledge my issue provide credit and a 4 day trail as requested
It made me feel that I am working with a firm that is looking to be a partner and not just a vendor
