I really appreciated the assistance Erika provided - she was great! I gave her my issue and she took care of it... thank you!

I forgot my password and I was not receiving any email to reset it. I was only getting automated email. Finally I talked to Robi via live chat and he helped with this issue in few seconds. Thank you Robi.

Katie was able to help me downgrade my plan as I wasn't satisfied. Not only that, she encouraged me with ways to get the most our of my job posting so perhaps after a few days I will notice a difference in the Standard vs. the Premium and will go back to Premium! THANK YOU, KATIE!

I did a live chat with Tatianna regarding scaling back my subscription to the Hiring Pause level. She took care of it quickly and gave me some good pointers. ZipRecruiter is especially good for smaller firms and recognizes that there are times when hiring is paused.

Text my concern with a post that should have received a trial period
My thinking was it would not be corrected... but robi professionally and quickly acknowledge my issue provide credit and a 4 day trail as requested
It made me feel that I am working with a firm that is looking to be a partner and not just a vendor

It found me qualified candidates very quickly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to fill positions. Also, great and friendly customer service representatives. Rebecca was awesome at helping me cancel my account. It was no longer needed as it worked and we filled every position in under 1 month.

Spoke to Rebecca through chat on line. She was cordial, intelligent and closed my account promptly. You answered all my questions and was very helpful.
