I went on the livechat for an issue that I needed help with. Erika was assigned to assist with my issue and was able to fix the problem and was very helpful.

I asked how to get my new candidates to the top of my list rather than mixed all in with my old ones (that's very inconvenient) and Erika helped me by letting me know i can hit the date button to put them in order. She was very helpful!
I was having issues resetting my password yesterday and the rep assigned to my account was no help and could not figure out the problem nor offer a solution. Just kept stating the problem was on my end. All he was interested in doing was trying to sell me more job slots. I called again today and got Tonya O'toole. She quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Was friendly, smart and fast. THANK YOU TONYA

I spoke with a lady named Rebecca and she was very helpful. As being a first time user to Zip Recruiter I wasn't as knowledgeable as I felt I should have been or getting the results I wanted. When I spoke with Rebecca she expressed that I needed to add some key words to pull in more candidates and explained how I could that and sent me a couple of video links that I could view to become more sufficient. She was very pleasant to work with.
One of the online assistants, Melody, really took the time to help me with some issues I had in sorting applicants. Great customer service!
Tee went outside the box to efficiently and quickly help solve my time sensitive issue. She was wonderfully pleasant and calm with great directive. Zip nailed it when they brought her aboard!

My customer service agent, Tatianna, was quick, effective and friendly. I called as I was having trouble accessing my account. Turns out, I had two accounts and was trying to log in to the wrong one. After five minutes, I had it sorted and was able to continue with my day! Thanks!
