It was about 9pm, s time when so many companies seem to have their B team doing customer service. Not ZIp. I was having trouble with the screening questions. I hit the chat button and immediately Melody responded, explained my browser was locked up, and I needed to clear the cache. She also answered all my questions, and volunteered several suggestions to improve the overall ad. While chatting we got disconnected twice, but she was right back in touch with me inless than a minute each time. She was really a great deal of help. Many other companies can learn from this example of customer service.

I am fairly pleased

I am pleased in one way because on finding out the mistake that happened, Tara was very helpful to explain to me what had happened and also she connected me to Lisa
S who issued me a refund and fixed things. But initially the emails that were sent to me were misleading and not explanatory. I have had an account with
Ziprecruiter since about July 2017. I then discontinued my account in about October 2017. I kept getting emails telling me that if i activated my account I would receive a 25% discount. My husband & I talked about it and decided to renew. Well I responded to one of these emails and paid the fee (they took my money) but it was not explained to me that i had to go into my account online and activate things manually, i thought that once I paid then that would automatically activate my same job postings. Well when i went online and noticed that the job postings showed closed that is when i questioned things. But thankfully things were fixed, Again thank you to Tara and Lisa S. :)

It's Sat morning and I decided to check on my recruiting and noticed a much larger charge then I expected. I open up chat and had a quick chat with the rep who was quick at assisting me and notice I made a simple mistake in my plan choice. She updated my plan and got me a refund for the difference. Great and simple experience in fixing a mistake due to my confusion.

I was having technical details with the website and an account manager that was pushy, sales-y, and rude. Tee at customer service helped me more in 10min than my account manager had in months. She helped me fix the tech issues I was having, better understand the site, and helped me get a new account manager. She was SOOOO helpful and really saved my account. When Robi finally came online in chat, my issue was taken care of immediately and with courtesy. 5 stars for Robi, 4 for having to wait for someone to help me. Ended up starting another task and having to go back and forth between the screens checking to see when chat was starting. Not Robi's fault. Overall, I have used Zip for the last 5 years (as a casual job seeker also) and find the postings to be timely. Have never found a "fake" one.
