Brittany G assisted me with posting a job that I prematurely closed and she advised me that instead of reposting, I should duplicate the job and then post it so that it is a new posting instead of dated back when the job was posted the very first time. She explained that this would put the ad as up front as possible. That's customer service! Thanks!

I discovered a billing issue with a recently closed job posting. I jumped on line and did a Live Chat. I was kind enough to have Melody help and she had the issue resolved in 3 minutes. So easy and prompt. This is why I use Zip Recruiter. The back office support is awesome. Cheers.
Tanya was my Rep when I called in and she helped me with my account! She took care of everything on our billing account and explained everything to me on the reoccurring billing.
We found a great candidate through Zip Recruiter and I thought I had cancelled the monthly auto renew. When the charge for February came through I called immediately and spoke with Tanya O'Toole who nicely refunded my credit card and also informed me how I could stay active and still view the resume database for only $30/mo. She made it a much easier and pleasant process than I expected!
I called to see if there was a way to email a manager multiple resumes. Erika assisted me and was very helpful. She was very thorough and proceeded to ask me if I knew about other features.
We received loads of candidates within the first few hours and it steadily continued but a great deal of the applicants didn't fit the job description at all... but the customer service was super, especially Melody. I will use Zip again if I need to fill another position.

Morgan help assist me throughout the call with my failed login attempts, non recipe of password reset email to accout update. She stayed on the call to make sure I'd gained access and aked if I need any other further assistance. She also infomed me that I can use/send apply links via my social media sites!
I opened a chat to find out how to copy a job link so that it could be shared elsewhere. Tatianna was very quick and helpful in answering my questions and also provided me a tip to make our experience better by using the thumbs ratings.
After setting up my Ziprecruiter Ad I got a notice that something in my account needed to be verified. I called the number and got Katie! She was very pleasant and extremely helpful even to the point of suggesting how to optimize my ad and make better use of the site. She was great!
When I posted my professional job listing on ZipRecruiter, there were some features that I was unsure how to use. Robi was not only very helpful, but he responded quickly and thoroughly to all the questions that I had.
First of all, don't you hate it when you call for support, and the phone system tells you to chat via the website above all else? After repeated attempts to contact ziprecruiter about my resume issue, I was finally able to get help rfom Robi Cousins from the Zip recruiter chat. Not only did he help get my resume posted (PDF instead of word), but he also contacted the prospective employer so they had an updated version of my resume... A-AWESO-OME! Ecstatic from the customer service from this gentleman. I almost lost faith in'ZIP'. The mobile app could use some help. I hope someone contactsme with questions as to how. I'd be more than happy to share! Thank you again Robi for your assistance...
