I placed an order for some ornaments that were to be gifts on 11/15/21 that said they would ship in 1-2 weeks. On 12/7/21 I inquired as to status as no shipping info was received. Was told 2 of the 4 items were back ordered until mid- January so I cancelled the order. On 1/22/22 I was charged for the ornaments. Upon calling, was told no record of the cancellation (even tho i have email) and if they could stop the shipment, they would refund my order. Extremely poor customer service.
We ordered a dinning table and a six chairs, and were given an 4-8 week window back in Mid-Sep 2021. They said will arrive Mid to end of October of 2021, today is end of January 2022 and after lots of phone call they sent me an email that will be deliver Mid-April 2022 which I still don't trust that.
Terrible promises, and customer service. Beautiful stuff in the store, but not worth it. Do not shop here!

Our order came wrong and damaged twice, charged 3 shipping orders, color of couch wrong. Sent 2 left facing pieces, no Right facing piece. Salesperson ordered wrong side to recline. Customer service wanted to charge extra to correct after 9 months! Still not correct, wrong color!

I have had the worst experience! Not sure who Z Gallerie outsource there delivery of furniture with in the Baton Rouge, LA area, but I'm having a challenge with scheduling the delivery of my Reflection mirror that was order in November. Though I receive a text to call the carrier and schedule delivery as my item is ready for delivery, every-time I call the carrier I get the run around and say someone will call be back by end of business and no one calls.
They (Tuscany 3PL) don't offer scheduling for the delivery though the text said they do. They cant even provide an estimated day and time window to plan the delivery. It is the worst experience ever with trying to obtain an expensive piece thats paid for. Granted I paid close to $300 for shipping charges and cant schedule the delivery with carrier. I've called ZGALLERIE customer service and been told their is nothing they can do, I have to take it up with the moving company. They will notate my account and that's it. Really?! Poor customer service!

I just had the worst experience with your customer service ever I intend to write about it on yelp and any other platform I can find! Yesterday I called your customer service because I was trying to place an order for two pillows the Natasha pillows in caramel to be exact and the website would not let me complete my order. When I called customer service and explained to them what was going on I also asked them what were the hours for the Gardena outlet in which they came back after 10 minutes of checking to tell me that their hours are 9 to 3 and that they had those pillows available there. So this morning I get up and drive 30-35 minutes over to the outlet just to find out that the outlet has been closed since June! When I called back today I talked to a person in escalations, Mariana because I feel like I should be getting a discount for Miss- information and a waste of my time and gas. Her response was the pillows are already 20% off and there is nothing more that they can do well… I know the pillows are 20% off they were 20% off yesterday with free shipping over $79 that is not compensating me for my time that was spit going to a place that one of your employees told me was still open. I should've at least been offered a 15 $20 gift card or something. This is just terrible and I'm very upset at the quality of customer service your company is providing. I will never shop at your store or online with them again.

I would have given zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered a Christmas gift for my Godson in early November. It is the lion security blanket. I paid $10 on shipping for an item that was only around 25 bucks. I still had not yet received my item let alone any intel on shipping. I called and requested a refund for my shipping as I paid almost 50% for shipping on something that wasn't even there in time. They would not refund me shipping. Today I received the item and it is a glories piece of garbage. The lions main is matted and nasty looking. And it is LITERALLY MISSING AN EYE. I could not be more disgusted with the service and the product was absolutely pathetic. I will never be purchasing from here again.

After a very long time finally I was able to get a refund back it was Up hill Battelle customer service at Z gallery is horrible they treat customer very badly I will never shop or set my foot at Z Gallery.
No one call you back No one do nothing and if you don't have time a lot of time you will lose your money.

We ordered a high end game set and paid expedited shipping prices. After the order didn't arrive as advertised we checked on their website. It was on backorder until mid January but they never communicated this to us. We called them and they acknowledged it was on back order. We offered to keep our order in place if they would refund the shipping charges. They refused so we cancelled the order. Now we are awaiting a credit to our card.
This isn't a trustworthy company that promises immediate shipping, takes your money and doesn't perform. We would not recommend buying from this company.

I placed an online order on November 12 for my son's birthday present a month away and stocking stuffers.
On November 29, I logged in to find out why after 2 weeks the status was still not shipped. I saw explanation or any option on the website to resolve electronically. I called the published customer service nujmer*******627 and waited for more than 30 minutes without any answer or option to get a call back.
I finally gave up and called the local Dallas store. The manager gave me no option to cancel or pickup in store. He finally explained that one of the items is unavailable until Janaury. He was unable to split the order. No where does it say that my order won't be fulfilled for 2 months. He said he would have someone from customer service contact me.
I independently emailed online sales on November 29 and expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to contact me for a resolution.
They didn't respond for 2 days until December 1. They said they were splitting the order and would send the in stock items. I wrote back within a few hours and asked to cancel the order completely.
They didn't respond again for 2 days until December 3. At that time they told me they couldn't cancel the order because it was in final stages. They charged my credit card.
Item didn't ship until December 7. No tracking number provided.

Make sure you want the merchandise you order from this company because they DO NOT pay for shipping returns. I was not happy with my purchase but it would have cost me more money to send it back to zgallerie and they would have resold it and made double. Customer service was OF NO HELP.
The color of the sectional we ordered based on the online pictures wasn't even close to the color we received-so we returned it and was charged a 25% "restocking" fee.
I had another order which was to be delivered after the first sectional-but cancelled the order before it was delivered due to the discrepancy above-and was still charged a 25% fee!
Outrageous!
I guess I should have checked the reviews before ordering from this poorly rated scam store.
On September 18,2021 I purchased a rug from ZGallerie, online. They charged my credit card $1080. 83 including tax and shipping. I received an email confirmation of my order stating that the rug would be shipped in 7-8 weeks. Today, 11/16/21, I contacted Customer Service to inquire the status. I was informed my order had been 'cancelled back in September', because ZGallerie could not produce/ship the item. I was never notified and the company has had my money for 2 months. The representative I was 'eligible' for a credit that would be issued in "7-10 days". I requested to escalate to a manager and, after a lengthy hollow apology, was told there was no time frame on when I might anticipate hearing back. Today, the company website still advertises this rug, marked down by $180.01 with "ships in 15-16 weeks". ZGallerie will gladly take your credit card on an item they cannot deliver, they will not notify you and when you call, it will take another 10 days to receive a refund. BUYER BEWARE! This is not a reputable company!
I bought a painting and it was left at my door, OBVIOUSLY damaged. I wasn't home. You could see the painting from the outside because there were three five inch open holes in the box. I immediately called and they said I accepted it. It was $800 and (1) they were not necessarily going to take a return and (2) IF they do, I have to figure out on my own dime how to get it shipped back! They do not stand behind their merchandise at all. Buyer Beware. It is absolutely outrageous and I am posting this because I don't want this to happen to others.
I made a purchase on October 20,2021. I received a call on October 22,2021 from Francisco in sales saying there was an error in their system and that they could not honor the price. The transaction went through and they charged my account. I asked for Corporate telephone number. I was placed on hold, then he hung up. Shortly afterwards, Francisco emails me saying thanks for calling to cancel your order. This guy is a liar, if they lie…they'll steal. I never cancelled my order. I believe he is the person that made the mistake and was doing damage control and did not want the corporate office to find out. I made a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I am hoping they will investigate ZGallerie for bad business practices.
I made a purchase on May 30,2021 and was given a 12 week delivery date. It is now week 18 and no definite delivery date. Whenever you contact customer service, you get an apology and a speech about the item being a custom item. Never received any notification that the item was delayed. Lousy customer service.
I ordered something from this company back in Dec 2020 and never got billed until July 2021 when they double billed me for 2 of the same order and then only set me 1 1/2 of the 2 orders. Then denied me credit back for the extra items. I couldn't even return because half was never delivered. WORST customer service in the world! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Tried to get money back through my bank in a dispute and they sent FAKE records of me purchasing the same items twice within a minute of each other, how could I even put that many things in my cart that fast. Obviously it was an error on their part with the order being 6 months old! So horrible, they blocked my refund through my bank as well. WORST COMPANY EVER!
This company sells damaged items made off shore. They deliver damaged goods, replace them with damaged goods and do not offer a full refund.
We have waited 5 months for three furniture pieces, Concerto dresser, Jen Bed and Palmer cabinet. We purchased these items because we were told by the sales associate at the Aventura store ( Gulf Stream) that they would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Not the case! They came OVER 4 + months late and damaged. We now are waiting for an end table that was received damaged and undeliverable, twice due to damaged goods received by Tuscany Movers.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer services does not answer your calls and hide behind emails instead. I cant believe the hell Z Gallerie has put us through. We have been without furniture since moving to Florida from abroad. Sleeping on a mattress on the floor since June, living out of suitcases due to delayed dresser and and watching TV on the floor. Paying over 2100 USD a month for rent to living essentially in a square box.
My rating is zero, however had to select one star in order to post.
We ordered custom couches and were given an 8-10 week window. They took 7 months to arrive! When they did they were scratched and the material looks damaged and cheap! Warranty person was scheduled he arrived 8 hours late only to tell me he doesn't have time to work on them. This company has become a reseller of cheap goods! Don't buy large items from them.
Worst customer service ever! Absolutely no respect their customers! Customer service promises one thing, but does either nothing or opposite.
Answer: I called for 11 days and wrote multiple emails over 11 days before I was able to reach customer service. When I finally did, the customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Answer: I think this company is a scam given the way they treated me with my painting.
