Don't buy!

I purchased 2 sconces, something like 80$. One the back was bent and I really didn't care for color. They don't pay for returns nor offer a label for a fee. I paid 48$ to return. I must say it's been my stupidest buy. My fault didn't read, who charges full usps price for a return!?. I would never, never buy anything from them again. Customer service monotone no help as to its bent, let's get you a label for idk 20$ bucks….:.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
September 26, 2022

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bought a capiz shell chandelier that required assembly, paid an electrician to install it, who after installing the metal part discovered that the links to hang/attach the capiz shells were missing from the package. After 2 months of back and forth over phone and tens of emails, they send me the part which was again WRONG! At this point I asked for either a refund or the correct part sent to me ASAP, ten days later still nothing and they expect me to return the entire item for any kind of a refund.
This is ridiculous and basically scamming people, if you buy anything from them it is at your own risk.

I ordered 4 rugs from ZGallerie, and I immediately saw that there was a 20% promo code for first time orders. I called immediately to request the price adjustment and was told that a ticket would be opened and after a 3-4 day wait, I'd learn if the code would be applied. I then received 3-5 marketing emails PER DAY, VIP codes, decor sale promo codes, and I called and emailed Z Gallerie and to my frustration they denied the promo code discount without any explanation. I tried to cancel the order, and they would not allow me to cancel it either. To return, I have to pay for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. I am completely frustrated and dissatisfied and still cannot believe a simple matter has resulted in such a hassle. Go elsewhere!

Z Gallerie Unhappy Customer

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Z Gallerie. It took months to receive the items and now it's a year and I'm still waiting for a few items. Z Gallerie said the items I'm still waiting for were delivered but I never received them and received no notification they were on their way.
I checked my security camera and my neighbors and a large area rug was never delivered. I received a picture and the glass was smashed. Z Gallerie was nice enough to replace that picture. I ordered a standing floor mirror. When the shipping company received it it was smashed and they it felt it was unsafe to deliver. Now the mirror is unavailable and Z Gallerie wants to charge me the difference for a new mirror. The decorators in Miami were very nice to help me decorate my new home with their designs. That was the only positive experience I have had. I want to decorate the rest of my home but now I'm very hesitant to use Z Gallerie.

Home Delivery Agent was great.

I ordered a dinning room table with a warranty and white glove delivery service. Unfortunately, after the delivery guys brought the table up (high rise), unpacked it, assembled it, we discovered it was defective. The delivery guys advised me on my options and said they would wait as I called Z gallerie for assistance. I became quite frustrated because I was transfered to 3 people, hung up on, and transfered more. Finally, I reached the home delivery agent Fernando H. Who was extremely helpful. He was honest, clear, and quick because I was late for a meeting having waited nearly 40 minutes trying to get through customer service. Fernando knew exactly how to handle the problem and continued the communication over email for several weeks after the return to ensure I was fully refunded.

Do NOT purchase from Z Gallerie. They deliver faulty products, make you pay for warranty coverage, and do not stand by when it was told it's a manufacturer defect. They give you the runaround. Read from the script and do not offer any refund or help. Do NOT purchase from them!

My wife bought the wrong size bedding, a queen set instead of a king set. We were slightly out of the return window. I called and asked if they could make an exception as the sheets have been unused. We were also willing to buy two sets of the king size. No dice, tough cookies was their response. Look elsewhere

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANDRE MARTINEZ!
August 20, 2022

I purchased a set of two framed pictures from Z Gallerie in March 2022. After waiting for two months my pictures arrived completely damaged. I contacted Z Gallerie and spoke to KARLA in customer care at the Gardena, California location. Karla provided excellent customer service and I promptly received return shipping labels and was given a choice of a refund or replacement of the pictures. Unfortunately, I chose the replacement pictures. This is where things took a turn for the worse. After waiting a few more weeks I received one picture out of the set of two. It also was received damaged. I contacted customer care again and spoke to another customer care agent named FABIAN at the Gardena, California location. After explaining the situation to him, he was able to cancel the delivery of the second picture of the set and he arranged for a refund for this picture. He explained the reason I only received one picture. The other picture in the set of two was no longer in stock. The only problem was that the refund was never applied to my credit card.
The next several phone calls I made to customer care we're handled by TOKYO, DAVID, ALVARO and ROD.
I want to be clear in order of fairness to ALL of the customer care agents I spoke with. They were always polite and as helpful as could be. I do not believe it is their fault that there are severe problems with online orders at Z Gallerie.
I was finally contacted by Brenda in The Escalations Department at Z Gallerie. She asked me a few basic questions regarding my order and told me that someone else from the Escalation team would contact me in the next couple of days. I was then contacted by ANDRE MARTINEZ. Andre promised me that he would follow this through to the end and he did!
I have received all money due to me in a short amount of time. Andre was very polite and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

I feel like for whatever reason, the communication between the customer care agents and the accounting team is severely disjointed. I also know that there is a big problem with the department who packages merchandise that is shipped to the customers. The damaged merchandise that I received came in boxes that showed no external damage whatsoever, so it is very clear that the merchandise was already damaged before it was shipped. This is a problem on the Z Gallerie team.
Going forward with Z Gallerie, I will never order online. I will go inside the store for any purchases.

Fredy Romero professionally and thoroughly answered all of my questions about the merchandise, delivery and return policies; and getting me the sale prices. If i could put 9 negative stars i would put them,, awful service to customer service i buy a zofa verona reclining sectional and it taken almost 6 months and in order not to extend my situation i will be brief the second month one engine stopped, i did not understand why a sofa of almost $3,500.00 could become damaged, i call the company to send me a technician and they tell me that as i didn't buy the warranty they can't do anything, i explained that it was something internal and electrical and they did nothing to help us now there are two damaged engines and there is nothing i can do, i recommend you to think better when buying any fuerniture piece in z gallerie

Ordered a 2300$ buffet, waited a month got a call saying they would drop it off but not without a signature, told them I was not home and if we could reschedule for another day since nobody could sign for it and they said that's fine. They then lied saying it was delivered and signed for it themselves with my name (which is illegal) I called the next day for it to be redelivered but was shocked to know that they stated it has already been delivered and someone signed for it. It's been 2 months and nobody has gotten back to me, I've called over 20 times, nobody cares to help and always tells me they'll get back to me in 1-2 business days. It's been 2 months! The only call I got was to pay for the protection plan on an item that I don't even have! DO NOT BUY FROM Z GALLERIE

Takes long and tracking disappeared
August 3, 2022

I ordered some decor on June 13th and it still hasn't arrived or shipped. Well, I don't know if it has shipped because when I go to track my order there is no information presented anymore but I have not received an email confirming shipping. They have already charged my card so I will be requesting a refund if the order doesn't come in the next 2 weeks. The original time estimate was 4-6 weeks and it's been well over 6 weeks now without even shipping.

I like their products but their service and shipping times are terrible.
