I have ordered over 160 Dvd's from Zeus over the past 15 Months. Milo has been open about late fulfillment because he is a 1 man operation. Until January or so of this year it took 3-4 weeks to receive my orders which ranged from 5 to 12 dvds in a batch. Since then. Service has gotten impossible as he is now discounting his dvds and is receiving 100-200 orders every few weeks. Currently he owes me about 30 dvds some of which date back to April 12th and 27,. I understand the nature iof the business particularly orders which are not composed of new offers. Obviously if I order Disc A he must accumulate serveral orders of Disc A before he replicates from a master,. If there are 5 to 10 discs per order from his collection it may take many weeks. At this point waiting 3-4 months is a bit much. His approach is obviously costing him business. For collectors who wish for faster service there are other outlets similar tozeus

I am embarrassed. For ZEUS DVD. I ordered a DVD that was only transferred from a lousy copy of a Video. I could have done that myself. Terrible quality. I should have read the reviews before I bought. It's companies like these that Amazon and EBay will put of business very soon. Never again! Do not advertise new DVD if the actual film is a copy from a VHS. Sure, the actual Disc might be knew but the film quality is old school. No graphics on the case. I made my own off my computer! I mean really, guys?

I ordered a DVD just over a month ago, it took about a month to arrive. It had no attempt at making a cover, just in a thin cheap plastic case. The DVD had only the company name on it. I played it... Horrible. Many years ago I taped the same movie on VHS off of TCM, my old VHS copy was better than this one. Remember bad reception on an old black and white TV? This was it, exactly. It had diagonal lines running through it, for the entire length of the film. That will teach me to read reviews next time. This guy shouldn't be in business.

I am a customer form Germany and i have ordered a DVD two months ago , nothing happens till now , buyer only one time answered me and said "soon your DVD will arrive , this was one month ago and every other question he answered with silence and instead of refunding me i get a lot of advertising $#*! for new movies ...15 euro are gone with the wind , its not a hard loss for me but i will warn other customers , don't buy via ZEUS ..it's a big fraud !!! It's a shame that no justice will punish this pseudo company !!

There's a rare movie that I was trying to find, and I am happy to have found it on this website so that I can finally watch it. However, I have two very serious concerns with the quality of this website.

First, it took 32 days for the seller to ship the product. It took several more days to receive the product from the post.

Second, I feel that the product was misrepresented. I believed that I was purchasing an original copy of the DVD I wanted. I received a cheap burned copy instead. Nowhere on the home page or the product page was it listed that a (possibly pirate) copy of the movie would be delivered. After receiving the product, I found a small sentence on the "about me" page indicating that many of the products have been "preserved as direct film transfers." The price was VERY high for something was not an original. I question, if the original product is not being delivered, why bother sending a physical burned copy at all? Just let me download the movie and burn it to a blank DVD myself.

Recommendation: Only use this website if absolutely desperate to see a movie that is simply unavailable from all other sources.
