One year later. No DVDs. No refund. I only gave them one star because I was required to give a rating.

Purchased 2 DVD's and the order was confirmed. Never got them. I have sent several emails but they refuse to address the problem. I've order there before and had no problem so I don't know what is going on now. Not so much a quality place anymore if they will take your money but don't ship the product. Stay away!

Ordered up two movies, was charged, order status showed shipped with no tracking number provided. Two months later, still hasn't arrived, sent about a dozen emails, left messages on a voicemail line. Nothing. No reply. No Items. Will file with my credit card company for fraud. Wish I saw these reviews first. Ugh.

I ordered two DVDs back in the beginning of December 2020 and received one of them. I made the mistake of ordering three more DVDs in the end of December 2020 expecting the omission had been a simple mistake. Since then I have received nothing in the mail and, despite e-mailing and calling Milo at Zeus - *******124 -numerous times, have received NOTHING. Not an e-mail, not a call back, nothing I ordered. It's now May 2021. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM OUTFIT! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I can understand some issued during the pandemic but at least let us know what's going on. The fact that their website is still up and running means they continue to rip people off every day!

30 days from charging my credit card and no DVD.
They do not reply to emails.
Its obvious they never intended to fill the order.

On November 22nd I ordered 2 DVDs for a Christmas gift for my son. They took my money and to this day I had received absolutely nothing. I left several voicemails and called far too many times with no response. 5 months later and still nothing, if you're smart you'll order from anyone but them - they simply don't care! My order number is *******

I have had several delivery problems with Zeus. BZeus also does not answer email or voicemail. Now it is suspicious that its website has gone down.

Have seen countless negative reviews for Zeus DVDs, but have to say, I had no issues with their firm at all. Having searched for a film from the 40's for several years, Zeus was the only that was able to provide same. Their website was easy to navigate and search, received email confirmation of order immediately, and received second email a week later advising status changed to Shipped and a tracking number was provided. Received item yesterday, and it was an excellent print, good graphics on the DVD and a strong DVD case. As a former production assistant on projects in Southern California, commercial, industrial and several features, I'm glad to have found this site. Regards, Greg

Ordered a DVD, received a couple from belonging to a person in Australia, I live in Lethbridge AB, mine was sent to someone in Bellevue ON, emailed Zeus, still haven't heard back!

It took 4 weeks, but my DVD did arrive.

The DVD was made with a DVD recorder, not a Mac. The menu system was simple, but the quality of the movie was good.

On 10/16/2020, I ordered 11 DVDs. By 12/29/2020, my order's status was still Awaiting Shipment. In other words, after 2-1/2 months it had still not been shipped. I filed a request for refund through PayPal, and eventually got my money back.

I wish I had read reviews prior to my purchase. I placed an order on 12/6, for which my account was debited. It's 12/23, and I have nothing to show for it and the recipient of my Secret Santa gift will get a punt to cover for the lack of what was a carefully-planned gift. The worst part for me is the lack of communication. I have called and emailed, but have received no assurance that my order was, or will be, filled and no information about delivery status.
Is this company legit?

After 2 years or so I got an email from Milo stating "I'm Back" and indicating things were on track.
I had previously reveiwed not recieving several discs, and got a chargeback from visa.
He had a title I wanted, and with free shipping and further discount decided to try again.
Actuall received a dvd, but all it was was clips from TNT channel, The great Gildersleeve, Some movie with Meryl Streep, and part of North and South.
So, the new MO looks like he can prove he sent a dvd, and since it was only a total of $6.15 who's going to bother charging it back. He maybe netted about $3 on the deal.
My email from a 2 weeks ago goes unanswered.
