There was no response from Zeus DVD to my request about what was happening with my order. I contacted my credit card company to cancel payment, which they did. But, I would have preferred to have recieved what I ordered.
UPDATE: After receiving an email that my order had been sent 9/13/2021, I did finally reveive it on 11/12/2021. Now I should contact my credit card company to reverse the credit.
I realize that this sort of company is not selling a quality product, many of their DVD's being copied from TV. One of the DVD's, 1935's "Hold 'em Yale", was of acceptable quality. The other, 1937's "Hold 'em Navy" was almost unwatchable. It had apparently been recorded on a VCR on its last legs from a TV program "Sports Theater."
I will still leave my rating at one star.If I were feeling generous I could update to 1 1/2.
Ordered 2 hard to find silent classics on 10/3/21 Recieved them on 10/13/21. Quick shipping considering todays USPS. Good quality recordings. Very smooth transaction, and very pleased.
I ordered a DVD of "Patty Hearst" from Zeus DVDs on August 24,2021. It is October 15,2021 and I have not received the movie or tracking information. I have left messages on www.ZeusDVDs.com three times, and have left messages twice on their voicemail, with no response. Dec. 29: Well, things got better. Since then, we got the product. It would work in my DVD player, but the guy who paid for it couldn't make it work in his. Sooo, they sent another on spec. It had a playing problem, but we're still working the situation. I'm impressed with their willingness to keep on trying.
On August 27,2021, I ordered a DVD of an unavailable TV show I hadn't seen since 1966. September 1 I received an email stating the item had been shipped but no tracking number had been assigned yet. I thought this was strange but figured one would be assigned soon. On September 20, I sent Zeus this email "it has been 19 days since I was told that my order has been shipped but I still haven't received it Should it take that long shipping from Florida? " Magically, the next day, USPS messaged me that a tracking number had been assigned in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
When I received the DVD today, September 29, it came in a plain black case with no media art on the outside at all. When I played it the quality was terrible. It looks as if the DVD was recorded from a bad VHS copy of the original show, complete with commercials from Singer company. I'm glad it only cost $12.99. Don't waste your time or money.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a DVD from their site and was notified that my item was shipped and my credit card billed. It is a month later and I still have not received my DVD. I have tried 3x to contact them via email and telephone and have not received a response. I see that many other people have experienced the same non-delivery and non-response issues. I only wish that I had investigated this company before I ordered my DVD. I have filed a complaint to the BBB and have had my credit card company investigate an illegal charge on my card from Zeus DVD. Under NO circumstances should anyone EVER order from this site. They are a fraud.
I ordered $70 worth of dvds, I really wish I would have read the reviews for this site first. It took 3 months to arrive, and that is AFTER I had emailed him and bugged him 3 times as to where my order was. He flat out lied to me saying that he shipped it and Corona Virus was delaying the shipping. And I do understand delays in shipping, fine, but not MONTHS later. Low and behold, I finally do get a package with my DVDs almost 3 months to the date of placing the order. It was 4 days shy of 3 months. It only took 6 days to get here. Doens't he realize when I get the package and the tracking number on it I can see when it was shipped? HE FLAT OUT LIED when he shipped the order out. It took him 11 weeks to ship it and then I got it a week later.
And that is the good part of my experience with this Scam artist. They came in a plain case and plain DVD-R, which I did expect becuase at least if you dig through his website for about a half hour you know that is what you are getting. But the quality of these movies are horrible. In some cases worse than VHS quality. 2 of the movies are not even watchable, it is like watching the movie underwater with a camera and the sounds are very muffled you can't even make out what they are saying.
If you want to have some fun with your $70, you are way better off burning some $10 bills and driving down the freeway throwing your money out the window. You will get a lot better entertainment that way for your money.
I ordered 2 DVDs from Zeus in July 2021. I received an email saying that my DVDs had been shipped. They didn't arrive so I sent a message to Zeus from their website and by email. No response. I tried calling, repeated the messages and email several times but not reply at all. They took my money but no DVDs and no communication.

I ordered two DVDs back in December. I got one notice from Zeus saying my order had been confirmed. After that, nothing. I emailed several more times. It is now 8 MONTHS later. No DVDs, no response, no apology, no refund, nothing. Do not waste your time with Zeus. It is a SCAM.
I accidentally ordered the same DVD and could not cancel the first order, I paid for the second order, Zeus kept telling me I owe them for the first order. I tried to email them to explain what happened that didn't work. I still have not received my dvd and the payment went through on 7/21/21. Don't use this company. It's a racket!
I am one of the many people who ordered DVDs from Zeus, and did not receive my merchandise. Like everybody else in this situation, I was unable to get any response from Zeus, either by email or telephone. (Two of the phone numbers and one of the email addresses listed on the web site are bogus, messages to the other email are not responded to, and the one phone number that seems to work goes to an answering machine, but is similarly unanswered.) But it seems that some people do receive their merchandise entirely satisfactorily. Basically sounds like a bit of a crap shoot – may work well, but if it doesn't, you are out of luck, and the best thing to do is to go back to the credit card company and submit a "dispute". The credit card company will try to contact the company, and if they are just as unsuccessful as the customer, will reimburse you, and, more significantly, blacklist the merchant. Anybody else who tries to buy from the company – using the credit card issued by the particular credit card company – will have the transaction automatically blocked.
My second order is still awaiting shipment as of August last year. I'm pretty pissed off still. Never ordering again. Endless emails even tried snail mail but no reply. Shame because i would have used this company a lot but i now have no confidence in them.

Worthless outfit - owner David Miller runs a number of sites just like this and they're all doing the same thing - taking money and generally not bothering to fill orders - many years ago, I did actually get stuff from them and the quality wasn't entirely bad, but somewhere along the way Mr. Miller seems to have decided that just keeping the money and not shipping stuff worked out better for his bottom line - if you want to take a chance and order something, make sure you're using a credit or debit card that will refund your money when you don't receive your merchandise - I made the mistake of recently ordering something using my Discover debit card and was told that they can't refund me - I'll be cancelling that card soon.

Place an order for DVD over a year ago. Order was charged to my credit card, but never shipped. Order status says awaiting shipment. No response to 5 emails. Avoid them!
I ordered "The Victors" from Zeus DVDs. I was informed of the processing of my order from placement through delivery. The DVD is playable. The case is a slim snapcase with blank front and back covers. DVD, case are fine. So glad that I used Zeus to get this DVD.

Answer: There's no way to get a refund through the website as Milo (the owner) Doesn't communicate, doesn't answer emails, doesn't reach out, doesn't even ship the products. Also there is no option to cancel your order through the website! Your only hope is to dispute the charge with your bank and have your credit card cancelled in order to prevent further thefts.
