Love the color and the touch of gold, at first I didn't know if the rounded shape would work with my face shape but I think they're cute. Lens are 10/10 (I added oleophobic and anti glare too). End of the day I can feel they are pinching behind by ears so I'll have to get them adjusted.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses. We were sorry to read that the eyeglasses order you placed for your child, which we believe is order o5185315562, included two pairs of single-vision distance eyeglasses, both in the same frame but in two different colors – full-rim, rectangular, plastic frames 263421 (black) and 263439 (multicolor), each with a frame width of 123 millimeters – that are too small to fit the child well.
Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you and your child experienced as a result.
The U.S. Postal Service website advises that this order was delivered to you on November 28,2022, which means that the order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.
