I wanted to replace my old glasses before leaving the country (didn't fit well and looked awful), but didn't realize how long the shipping was until I'd already placed my order. The Zenni team was quick and friendly through the whole process! I ended up getting my glasses with a few days to spare :) they look and feel great, and I'm super glad I upgraded the lenses to be smudge resistant!
She loves these glasses I selected for her. She lives in Michigan and I live in Kansas, so when I heard she could not afford new glasses I called her eye Dr and he graciously gave me her prescription. I am so glad I could do this for her.

I got the same glasses again. I loved the last pair so much so I just got the same ones. I'm rough on my glasses and these are tough. Some of the paint around the rim scratched after 2 years on my first pair so I replaced them with the same frames which I've already dropped no less than 5 times. Still good.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Despite the period of adaptation needed, we are happy to report that we do not receive a disproportionate number of complaints about our progressive lenses.
